Taco Bueno, Prosper TX

Hot. AC not on. Dirty. Everything needed to be wiped down. Looks like the closed last night, didn't clean anything, and then opened 5 min ago.except its 12: 18pm. Wow, not a good Taco Bueno experience at all.

Slow at the drive thru but thats because they are getting the order perfect. Don't mind the wait!

They still have their doors locked at this Point and forces everyone through the drive-through. This is ridiculous

Supposed to open at 11 am. 11: 15 still not open. I get a very short window for lunch and am not going to be able to eat lunch today because these people won’t open on time, answer the phone, or communicate with the group of hungry people standing at their door

Dining room closed NO SIGN LETTING ANYONE KNOW, drive thru line was 20 cars deep and no movement from anyone anywhere.

Why is the drive thru always so slow? ! They are awful. Never properly staffed either. Monday at 5: 45 and we have sat in the drive thru with 4 other people for 20 minutes now.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. DO NOT COME HERE. The general manager I assume was AWFUL. Poor customer service, and they’re rude!

Taco Bueno has really improved over the last year or so. They were great back in the day, but in the last 10 years or so, stale, chewy tortillas and old tasting food was all I ever got. The past 4 times I've been, my first trips in years, have been fantastic. The time in line took an unusually long time, but the food was great.

I went to get 4 of chicken soft tacos and 4 hard beef tacos today and they was disgusting. I will never do a carry out with them again. Don't eat here.

The food there is through the roof! Ordered 3 different meals all for 20 bucks! Food came out super quick as well, employees were nice and helped out as much as possible.

I love Taco Bueno! When I am really hungry, I'll get the beef chilada platter. It totally satisfies my Mexican cravings. Everyone is so nice that I have dealt with. The only thing is when I order my platter, they get it mixed up with whole lotta platter. Even though it is good, it's also too much to eat for me. It doesn't stop me from going there, though. Beef Chilada or whole lotta, I'll take it!

My favorite fast food. Way better than the other typical options like Taco Bell, Del Taco, etc.

It's an okay restaurant for a quick bite but sometimes it takes a while to get your food. Staff was very nice

Good food fast. The nacho salad is nice and cheesy and i like their tacos too. Their salsa / pico bar is a nice bonus.

This place is a disaster. It took 16 minutes to get food for 2 people, no special requests. Food was cold and when I opened up my soft taco there was literally a teaspoon of beef in it. No sauce on my tostada and mostly lettuce. I love taco bueno, but do not go to this one.

My go to are the bean burritos and black bean burritos with added guac, cheap and fast for on the go, just add hot sauce. My kids love the cinnamon chips. I miss the frozen lemonade I should take a star away for that.

Terrible customer service. Manager is unwilling to help and have given wrong order on multiple visits.

Just spent 30 minutes in the drive throigh, and they still didnt get the order correct. Found out after driving back to work that they forgot the extra guacamole as well as a burrito. It was repeated back to me correctly every time but still wrong.

We went today and dined inside. It was a mess. The drink area, the salsa bar.the tables, the garbage can/tray return. All of it. There were at least 5 people working bc we watched 3 of them use the bathroom and 2 different people took our orders. It was midafternoon on Labor Day and maybe 4 tables full. To top it off, our first order was wrong, so we ordered again. They were super nice, but I couldn't understand why it was such a mess.

Service was just ok, unfortunately the beans were not hot, so I asked for more and they were the same. This is a newer location. Very disappointing visit
