Taco Bueno reviews
34Excellent. Typical Bueno food, but the staff was amazing! He helped me figure out the best way to order what I wanted, was totally accommodating of a special order, and, when I forgot to order queso, he gave me one for free! Would definitely go back to this location
Worst taco bueno i have ever been to. To start it was 16 minutes to get our food at 330 on a saturday. It got worse from there
Terrible food quality. If I could give zero stars I would. Everything I ordered was obviously old and quickly reheated/refried. Would never go to this location again and advise others to stay away until their standards increase. I was so disgusted with my order, I actually took the time to do the survey on my receipt to make sure corporate sees. Save your money and save yourself a stomachache.
Been in the line for over an hour for the drive thru and we pull up to get our food and they just start to make it. Seems they where taking there sweet precious time and looked like they where having a little to much fun on there job.
Don’t come at peak times. You will wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru with 2-3 cars ahead of you. Have gotten home with incomplete orders as well.
Food was good, not amazing, but good. And their big platter gives you a lot of food. Really, pretty good for a fast food place!
Came in around 135 pm, April 2nd and I saw the little punk in the blue hoody working up front with his head down on the prep table. Every single time I come here he forgets my drink and is rude as hell. If he worked for me, I'd fire him so fast your head would spin.
This place is at least a weekly dinner run for my family. They love the platters and the new quesos. Yummy.
Found a pretty gross piece of dirt/hair in our food. Not happy that food staff were not using gloves.
It was clean, but my food took 30 minutes, was cold, and half was missing. The workers seemed to just be goofing off in the back.
I really enjoyed stopping by for a fresh taco every once in awhile and it was nice when they first opened. Now, you’ll be lucky to get home with your entire order. Don’t count on your sauces being included either.you better check before you leave the drive-thru. It’s getting worse the longer they are open. Sad.
I used to enjoy Taco Bueno. However, lately it has taken a downturn. This location was once great and now has fallen within months. Several seat cushions were ripped and needed attention. The landscaping was horrible. I am no avid gardener but it looked like it hadn't been maintained in awhile. Even better yet, the street lights were dimmed. Which not only made it hard to see but also could cause some unsafe driving conditions. One of them was even burned out. I was told it's been like that for awhile.
The location is great, and you can see it from the roadway passing by. The food was average/good, about the same as any other Taco Bueno. The facility was clean and a decent size. Seemed to be only a couple of people working there when I ordered. My wait wasn’t long, but they could use more staff. On other days I have been here there has been a wait. But it hasn’t been too bad. My order has always been correct each time. The facility seemed average. Overall I had a good experience there.
Food and service has been consistently good. FYI, I always get the big freakin taco and big freakin quesadilla with chicken, and Mtn Dew to drink.
