Our technician Raymon Clay was amazing, he explained everything very clear and worked diligently to get the job done!

Roman does a great job every time he comes to the house. He calls ahead and always checks if there are any specific things I need addressed. He is so nice and polite and has taken care of numerous specific requests over the years, from wasps to sugar ants to spiders! Roman really listens and is thoughtful of my pets as well - he also lets me know when it is ok for my dogs to be out and about. Always a job well done!

I have been using Terminix Pest Control services throughout the years and multiple properties I have owned. Salvador, our current Pest Control Technician is awesome.

When I first received services from Terminex, I noticed that there was a high quality of management oversight, administrative infrastructure and supervision of services of the contracted technicians. Over the past years, the previous system of management has deteriorated and I am losing confidence in this company's reliability and accountability. More senior and experienced technicians have either retired or left out of poor management practices, without backfilling with well trained technicians. Customers used to receive notification of upcoming quarterly services by email and now it is thru text to cell phone, but not all technicians do that. It is a new and poor system of customer notification. The customer has no recourse except to deal with the new way of handling customer needs - Well not this one and I will be very verbal on social media about how poorly Terminex has become unless it is improved within the next 3 months - I will not renew. Many of my neighbors, in this neighborhood have been with Terminex for years and we will reconsider whether to renew OR NOT!

5 is what I picked and a 7 is displayed! It is not as easy to interact with our service provider because your contact number is to an operator and no longer a local office-my interaction with this national contact has not been user friendly. A third party go between is time consuming (difficult to get through at times) and not always effective (and that's being nice). Also, after our credit card expired, I informed them that we would no longer be doing autopay and removed the credit card from the site. I had talked with THE 800 person and was told that was acceptable and I was told that I could pay online after service. And after this last service, someone retrieved my information from when I made my last payment online, and that is UNACCEPTABLE! We are remarkably close to cancelling our service with Terminex because of the business operations (NOT the service and technician who is professional, friendly, on time, and responsive) and had planned to call on Monday to talk with a supervisor.

Everybody I have come in contact with at Terminix have been freindly, curteous and concerned about my expectation.

Amazing company. Stellar Service. Unbeatable prices. The technicians are always friendly and helpful and they explained how everything works for me as they went through the service! I could really tell he took his time to make sure my issues were resolved every time. Anytime I have a problem they come back and treat for free! Best pest control service I've ever used!

There product doesn't not work. Called for a follow up and THEY set up appointments twice without telling me. Even though I was home both times anyway, they NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP. Website states 100% satisfaction or your money back, TOTAL LIE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Made an appointment for them to come and inspect the house they call at 7pm (30 minutes past our appointment time) to tell us they will not come out to the house because it was to far.

Mike (my Terminix guy for 78154) is exceptional! He exhibits exemplary communication skills by always making personal contact prior to his arrival. He listens to my concerns and treats my yard, home, and pets as if they were his own. Thank you for your continued service and I look forward to having Terminix protect my home for years to come! My assigned exterminator is great. He's easy to get a hold of and responds when I find some new friends/pests to deal with. He follows up. Happy to keep subscribing to this service.

The salesman who came to our home was very professional. He listened to my concerns and my thoughts on the situation. Even educated me on termites and the process for protecting my home. I spent many years in sales. This gentleman was not pushing he was very polite. I would highly recommend him and Terminix to any and all of my friends for their concerns with termites in their homes.
