32My appointment was at 10 am. I was able to enter early and completed by business successfully and was out of the door at 10: 07 am. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.
Lines were well organized; unfortunately, some of the waiting is outside. However, that is a small price to pay in order to maintain distance between people. Once inside, help was courteous and quick. Good job!
Once you make the appointment is just so fast. Came within five minutes of my appointment and got off in 25 minutes.
The young lady directing everyone outside was fantastic! So patient and thorough with each person! The whole process was very orderly and with attention to covid protocol!
The appointment system they are using because of the virus is really working well. I wish and hope they do this from now on. I had 3: 30 appointment and I was out of there by 3: 40. The workers were very nice and friendly which is rare for any gov.establishment.
Mr Sergio was unprofessional person
I had appointment at 3: 30 pm here after I get in they called me at desk number 10 and his name was Sergio after I get there the person was angry and he look like was guard in jail and right after he got my paperwork he told me it’s not possible then I explained situation to him and he told me you have to fill up this paper out and comeback while I come backed I saw he has customer and his customer filling paper in his desk
I asked him why you refused me to fill up paper here while someone filling up paper here and I told him I recorded while he didn’t had any answer and told him I wanna talk with head of Dmv
One of supervisor came told me something different and finally they couldn’t give me right answer
They didn’t do the job that I wanted and also Sergio was terrible person that I meet him
Not customer friendly no time to answer any questions either you got an app. Or you don't Goodbye
Due to Covid, appointment only, valid ID required or less than a year expired, and cash and money order only.
Super easy and quick if you have all your pay work ready ahead of time. In our 5 minutes key is to have paperwork done
Very rude and total lack of manners! They are not doing me any favor, so stop the condescending attitude! Getting mad!
Waited an hour and fifteen minutes for my Bonded title application. Got to window 8, after 5 minutes I'm told I have to redo the bonded title application because my MIDDLE name was not on it!
So, she put my number back in the machine and now I have to start my wait all over again.
Oh, she informed me that she would be leaving for lunch at 12 noon. She left at 11: 50.
They used to be pretty fast but the last couple of times I've been here, I've waited over an hour. Maybe due to new staff? Extremely slow!
This place is horrible. Been here an hour and a half was 5th in line for my window then everyone went to lunch just before they called my number. So now I have to wait an extra 1 hour and 15 min while she is on lunch since she is the only one doing commercial registration. That is poor mgmt
Literally needed blank paper work for our dealership, worst place ever! Worst than the social security office, dps, court house EXTREMELY unorganized reminded me of Walmart all these empty space and no employees! Waited for 2 hours!
I went to get my title (I thought was going to be easy but I couldn't even PARK) went in circles for over 30 minutes. I finally left.this is HOUSTON! THEY NEED A LARGER FACILITY!
There are sign that help you in the right direction. It does get crowded and there is a waiting time of maybe 30 + minutes on both times I have gone. I haven't had any issues the women have been friendly and helpfull.
Just waited and hour and half w 3 kids. Just as we got to the window, the 3 year old had all he could take and wouldn't stop crying. One of the ladies who worked there found a lollipop for him. It saved me and everyone in line. Bless her! The people who work here still have a smile when you complete your transaction. Line was a bummer but they were all nice inside
Olivia at register 10 is the most condescending person I've ever dealt with in a state level government office. She has the nastiest attitude. From her obnoxious behavior I gathered she is not a people person. She is discourteous and rude. She must hate the job, but she is there to collect the money nevertheless. I was shocked because for the most part the DMV has good employees.
I wanted to thank Kateri W. (Customer care rep) for being friendly and helpful when I called with questions. Texas does things differently than I'm used to and the instructions/ advice she gave me made it seamless.
The actual process at Harris County was also the easiest DMV experience I've ever had!
DO NOT GO TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE. Got there today and received a list of other locations and was told that I had 45 minutes to get to whichever one I chose because they close at 4: 30 pm
