Texas Department of Motor Vehicles reviews
32Easy to get to. This is where you go to get a replacement title if you've lost or can't find yours. You have to take a number when you walk in and usually the room is full of people but they go through the numbers fast. The employees are nice too, they have always been very pleasant and polite. You have a waiting room which you can sit down in and that makes waiting not so bad, just bring a book or magazine and you'll be fine.
Worst DMV I've been to. I waited for over an hour to have a receipt reprinted. I watched people come in after me and leave before me. I got fed up and left.
The TxDMV Houston Regional Service Center at this location closed on 10/24/2014 and reopened at 2110 E Governors Circle, Houston, Tx 77092, on 10/27/2014.
For all the signage stating they do vehicle registration, they only register commercial vehicles. Waited for an hour for them to open at 8am only to be told they can't register my car. Handed me a list of county offices. Another worthless government entity!
I never thought I would give someone at the DMV Office 5 s however Mrs. Brooklyn was exceptional! To say the least. I needed to get 4 title certified copies and it was a smooth transaction. She didn’t have a bad attitude answered all my questions, very helpful with some doubts I had. I let her know her customer service was awesome and shook her hand.great staff member.
They don't accept credit/debit cards.lost my place in line to travel to an ATM.
Once I got to the window, it took only 5 minutes!
Long story short, Charlotte the regional manager is refusing to accept the waiver that headquarters released so people can get a duplicate title within 14 when u filed for your title, when the Austin and Lubbock office will gladly print a title for you. She is failing to help all the people effected by Hurricane Harvey and making it a harder process then it should be.
Waited for 30 minutes and wasn't even sure this was the correct place despite paperwork telling me to come here. Told to go to Harris County Tax Office for new disabled plates/placards.
Exceedingly efficient to get work done. Very organized and very well managed. The parking was a tough spot to get as customer parking is very limited.
Very efficient. Parking is very limited. Seating is Available unlike a few other places I've been too.
Courtious, expiditious, kind, thoughtful, patient and supportive. Thanks for all your generosity.
Need to speak with a representative on the phone since I'm out of town for a few months. I have called about 15 times and waited and still have never spoken to anyone. Ever! This is not a helpful place
