I will never go back. Dr Jutras retired and I tried one of their other doctors. What a joke. I went in for a women related issue and he said he didn’t know what was wrong and prescribed hemorrhoid cream! My mom tried one of the other doctors and he missed some very important lab readings. I wanted to take my mom to the hospital and he said there was no need.that she was stable. She fell later that week and ended up in the hospital where the nurse threatened to call APS on me for not taking care of my mom. She then looked at my moms records and saw that she was wrong and said the doctor should have caught how low her labs were. Never going back there.

Dr Zarosky, and Joy FNP, are good and take time to listen. However, the office staff is rude, uncaring & unprofessional. They called me and left a message to return their call to get my lab results. When I did, the lady couldn't tell me what my results were, or transfer me to someone who could. Just kept saying, "our phones don't allow us to transfer". Then when I voiced my frustration, she hangs up on me. I had to drive to the office and get my results in person! Then when I talked to the office manager about my experience, she obviously didn't care and rolled her eyes when I informed her I was never coming back and would seek out a new primary care physician. 97 reviews and their rating is a 2.6? Obviously, I am not alone in my opinion.

I’ve been going here for 20 years. Dr jutras was my doctor and he was great. Since he is retiring I chose dr Zarosky and he is also great

Amy McDonald is an extremely caring professional. This group has taken very good care of me and my family for a very long time, I trust whatever they tell me.

Dr Zarosky is my primary, but I usually see his NP Amanda. They are amazing, and I’m so grateful that they’re always available when I need them. Taylor in the scheduling department is always friendly and helpful, the nurses Jeremy and Debbie both are phenomenal whenever I am there or call in with questions. You guys ROCK!

The staff was fantastic but the actual Dr visit was lacking and his suggestion has only made things worst for me.
He took me off my medications cold turkey after one visit. Things were ok for the forst two weeks but the last two days I have been
fighting feelings of being overwhelmed, hopeless and self loathing. These are issues I have not had since I first started my treatments. I'm trying to tell myself it's in my head and I need to follow the Dr's orders. But I'm losing control of my thoughts and emotions. I'm starting to lose interest in daily activities and I can't help but feeling annoyed with my family.
Hopefully things get better soon.

Made an appointment here based on reviews of others and close proximity to home. So glad we came here. My husband said the staff and doctors were very good listeners and made sure they heard his concerns. The office is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wait time is always really long, last time I was here I waited about 45 minutes just to go back and this time I'm at about 35 minutes and still counting.

I have been going to Dr. Zarosky for 2 years now. He has been great. They make things very easy there. Very attentive staff. I would recommend them as your Primary Care.

I have been struggling with PMDD for 10 years with no doctors providing any help. Dr. Ashgar listened to my worries and prescribed me a natural medication to help. I would recommend to anyone!

Every time I go to the doctor, I have no less than a 45 minute wait. I'm not sure if it's my dr or the staff that's causing the problem. Unfortunately, it makes me hesitate to book an appointment because it will take over 2 hours out of my day when it should take 1. Please work on time and scheduling management for your patients.

First I love that I was able to make my apointment online. Second, Amanda is amazing, she was so kind and thorough and eager to help. The only reason I would not give this place 5 stars was it seemed busy and took a little longer than I expected to wait.maybe because I was a new patient. But everyone was really nice and helped with what I needed.

Do Not seek care here. The doctors do not care. They treat you like a number. When it comes to health matters, they do the bare minimum. They make you spend your money and then refer you to a specialist because they are clueless.

I have been going here for years and have always been satisfied but today I was charged over double what I've always been charged for the same type of service i was told prices have changed since i have been there looks like it, I'll be looking for a new doctor, having no insurance cost you double I guess!

Literally called in 12 times with 2 different phones and was disconnected every time after the initial answer, and when I said I was a new patient, forget it! They hung up on me or was immediately put on hold without so much as a, "please hold. ". These reviews speak VOLUMES about the office staff. The doctor I wanted to see got great reviews on insurance network list of providers, but after reading all these other experiences. I will have to take this as a sign.

My family doctor just retired and I am looking for a new doctor. While searching for a new doctor I came across Midcities and can not believe that nothing has changed with the practice as a whole. My family and i moved to Texas in 2004. We needed to find a new doctor. I tried Midcities and all the negative reviews are true. I was in a very bad car accident in 2003. I was 7 months pregnant and was ejected out of my car and thrown across a highway. Well when i arrived in Texas i was going to a chiropractor who found out that I have a broken back. So the PA who was taking care of me at Midcities put me on a pain medication. It was not as strong as hydrocodone. I didn't ask for it but i was needing pain relief. I agreed to go and get an MRI. The results were bad. It showed fractures in my hips, lower back, tail bone as well as a buldging disc in the middle of my spine and a disc completely out above my tail bone. Dr. Jutras said that all i needed was a muscle relaxer. I couldn't believe it. Even his PA at the time told me that she was not surprised I was in pain. She did not agree with Dr. Jutras but was told by Dr. Jutras that she could no longer prescribe me tremedal. She quit not to longer after that. So i was referred to a new family doctor who sent me to an orthopedic doctor who said I needed back surgery and that over time my back would get worse. He said that surgery would help and stabilize my lower back. When i told him about Dr. Jutras and what he said he was angry because my back was worse then what Dr. Jutras told me. He was so angry that he called dr. Jutras and yelled at him. I know because i heard every word. Dr. Jutras did send me to a pain doctor but told the doctor that he wanted him only to help me by doing injections which the orthopedic doctor tried 4 different times and nothing worked. Now 11 surgeries later i am still in pain but managing the pain with a pain specialist. That office has always been rude. They don't care at all. For all of u who r rating 5 stars and feel bad for the staff because they have to listen to patients whine or complain about how sick they are then these rude staff members need a new job. That is what they are getting paid to do. My husband only went back to see Dr. Jutras when my son got the swine flu. I am so glad that I found a good doctor 2 days after i saw dr. Jutras. The person who referred me to a wonderful doctor also went to Midcities and the same experience. Now 14yrs later i am needing a new doctor because the one i have been going to for 12 years retired. I am already missing Dr. Nophsker who retired this past January. I am glad i am reading reviews on every potential doctor so I don't have to have another bad experience. This owner who is requesting people who r giving this practice bad reviews to send them their phone number via email is just acting like he cares to show face. If the owner cared he would do something about it. Messing up or not approving medications is dangerous. People can die from getting the wrong meds or not getting them at all after taking them for a long time. I had to share this in detail because it is wrong and people should boycott. Midcities family practice already have a bad reputation. Trust me i have talked to people that i meet and all i have to say is Midcities Family practice and they bring up the staff and how unprofessional they are as well as Dr. Jutras etc. I am so glad i left when i did. I got the rite help. I was diagnosed with Fibroneuraphathy. That is not something that can be treated with just a muscle relaxer that Dr. Jutras wanted to give. Also i asked Dr. Jutras for a referral to see an orthopedic doctor. He said i didn't need one. 11 surgeries later i am getting the help i need. Not just medication but physical therapy. The people who love Midcities probably are liked by the doctors. I saw first hand how prejudice they are there and there is favoritism. When u see the bad reviews out weighing the good ones and nothing is being done that should raise a red flag.

I've been to the office to see Dr. Zarosky on two occasions. I have no issues with the doctor himself; he was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. However, I have consistently had horrible service with reception. There are typically four receptionists staffed at the office daily yet they are completely unreachable by phone so it is very difficult to schedule an appointment. They are also consistently behind schedule with patients for appointment times (at least 25 minutes to get called back, another 15 minutes waiting for doctor). My paperwork and personal information was incorrect multiple times. My birth date, social security, and insurance was completely erroneous for some unexplained reason. It is a shame that the office is so improperly operated because the doctors themselves are great. Unfortunately, the rest of the office and staff is deplorable so it is barely worth going here.

My family and I are military, my husband is deployed right so I came to stay with family in Texas, called TRICARE got everything switched over and was told this would be my PCM for myself and my kids as he was the only available family medicine doctor in my area taking new patients now. I called the office the lady was very rude when she told me they no longer accepted TRICARE, I asked her to clarify as I just got off the phone with TRICARE and was told they do. She got snippy and said we don’t accept TRICARE and neither do the doctors she didn’t know why TRICARE would say otherwise. So updated information across the board would be great so families that have moved or in the process of moving don’t keep hitting dead ends and rude people.

Enjoy seeing Dr. Zarosky, but staff is not the best, but not bad. Recently updated my info and they now have my work phone as primary contact number, and work phone isn't on unless I'm at work.
