Like the Doctors, but trying to get thru on the phone to get in to see one, is like driving on I-35 during anytime of the day, you never know if you are going to get where you need to be or not

I have been a patient of this facility for many years. I recently received a jury summons and requested a letter to be excused, due to a medical condition that I have suffered with over several years (Ulcerative Colitis). I was refused that statement, by the nurse (s), even when I tried to convince them that I was really worried about being confined and restricted if selected as a juror. I have served on jury's before and was not trying to get out of it. I actually liked the position, but the older that I have gotten, the UC is harder to manage when I'm not in control of it. I was very disappointed in the choice they made. I wish everyone at this facility well, but I will never go back.

It says it will my insurance first then after several days it send me a bill and says they are no more in network like that very poor service never go there

The office staff here leaves A LOT to be desired. I have been a patient here for about 3 years and have been very happy with Dr. Zarosky, however.it is next to impossible to get a call back from the staff after you leave a message. This has happened on more than one occasion for my husband and myself. A few months ago I had a question about a referral and left a message three consecutive days for the "Patient Advocate" (LOL) to call me back. I needed a referral for a retina specialist who I see once a year and make this appointment a year in advance. I requested the referral about a month in advance of my appointment and my patient advocate (Susan, I believe) left me a message (not at the phone number I had asked for messages to be left) saying that since I was a patient of Dr Kim (whom I do not know or have ever heard of and at a completely different practice), she couldn't help me. Why in the world would my doctor ask this patient advocate for a referral if I was not his patient? I finally called the office on the fourth day of waiting for this "advocate" to call me back and I spoke to whoever answered the phone and she said she would again forward me to this patient advocate's number so I could leave yet another message! You have to be kidding me!
Here I am again.waiting on a call back for results from x-rays and MRI that I had last week. I was told that the office had my results sent to them last Friday and it is now Tuesday and NO CALL with my results. I called the practice again yesterday and was told they would forward me to someone to help me and I said that they never return calls, so whoever answered my call said she would walk a message over to the appropriate person. Wellllllllll. That was yesterday and I am still waiting. I will have to make a visit to the practice tomorrow and hopefully speak to the office manager.if there is one. Come on Mid Cities Family Care.look at some of these reviews and take action!

I have two daughters seeing Dr Zarosky. He is a great doctor we love him so much but the front office they are terrible especially her name is Ginna she canceled my daughter appointment without confirmating with me first and they made me wait in the office for an hour waiting for the flu shot. And she didn't even said sorry but she was so rude and not polite and she waisted my time and my daughter time from the school it is so bad that they are the image for Dr.zarosky. Now I know why the office has all this bad reviews

If I could give it a “zero” star rating I would. I can’t believe the wait time to see a doctor. Over 1: 45 minutes and still waiting. (I’m here as I type this). Nurse guy was a completely incompetent and rude. I will never return.

My husband and I used to go here, and the Drs were great, but just as everyone else has said, the office staff is absolutely awful. You would think after reading all these reviews, over a long period of time, they would do something to fix this, but it’s been obvious this isn’t the case. My advice would be to really reconsider who runs your office, and the staff you have in place, because it’s causing you to lose patients.
