The providers are good. The MAs too. I had multiple bad experiences with ONE of the nurses, I left messages and she never returned my calls. She gets very defensive, rude and didn't own up to her mistake. I work with nurses, I can distinguish the good and the bad. She was THE terrible. The manager, she's rude. I called to complain about the nurse, she said "please hold" AND TRANSFERRED ME TO THE NURSE. Plus, she treats employees poorly (I observed and I was told by former employees).
