A great place to purchase a boat. The sales team is very customer service oriented and very professional. Great place if you are looking for a new or used boat. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

There is nothing that gets me upset more than when a business doesn’t update their website. I hate calling about a product and then the sales staff says that it’s been sold already. Total waste of time for the customer. The marketing manager should update the website daily to accurately portray items in stock or describe the item as sold.

After a horrible experience at Premier Yamaha, I came and saw these boys. The big one in charge of sales, spencer I think helped me out. Highly Recommend.

So Texas marine for parts it either has very bad agents working or they truly only sell new complete parts, the gentleman said that and i quote "U CANT REBUILD A FUEL PUMP ON AN OUTBOARD ENGINE" absurdest thing ive ever heard from someone working that field! The kits are all over the internet and for Texas Marine to be loosing on that business is absolutely crazy! They need more experienced people or people more willing to help!

Just bought a brand new 2020 251 Hybrid from Texas Marine in Conroe. We just arrived in Pensacola from Texas and we are watching all of these other boats go out deep sea, but we can’t because we have a broken boat! We have had our 20 hour service already. We gave them a chance to get someone out to fix it yesterday and no one has come to fix it. What a way to spend our vacation fishing. I will be posting a video of the issues shortly to all social media platforms showing what the boat is doing. I didn’t drag a boat to Florida for this.

We just finished buying a new Yamaha OB for our NauticStar deck boat. Jonathan Whitmire and Matt Hinson personified what “customer service” is really all about. Throughout the process, from initial contact to delivery and launch —- every step along the way, both Jonathan and Matt were professional, courteous, responsive and friendly.
Jonathan personally delivered and launched the boat, fueled the boat and helped return the trailer to storage.
P. S. Texas Marine also gave the boat a good cleaning.

I was looking for this boat at the boat show. This is were I meet Bryan from Texas Marine, he show me around and explained how the AR210 runs and works. Bryan continued working with all the way through the boat show. We set up a test run and that's where he show me the preparation of the boat and all safety issues, Bryan was very helpful, willing to answer any questions, Good salesmen

Everyone from the salesman to the manager was a pleasure to work with, answered our questions, and accommodated us in every way possible. My only complaint is that the manager was an LSU fan, it could have been worse, so glad he wasn't an Alabama fan. All joking aside, I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a boat.

Horrible experience with the parts department here. I was told 1k- 1100 dollars for a 4" atlas hydraulic jackplate but needed to bring my boat in so service could give me a price on labor.well I get here and wait around for 20 minutes while they figure out what's wrong with their system to find out they want 1500 for the jackplate taxes not included.

Boating is my family's favorite recreation and we have had a great many boats of the years. We recently bought a used boat from Texas Marine in Conroe and have been blown away by the experience. From the moment we walked into the store through the entire purchase and delivery process, Andrew was warm, friendly and communicative.

Andrew, Rick and Captain Bill - thank you for everything. This has been, by far, the most fun we have ever had buying a boat. Can't wait to work with you all again.

I found a used pontoon boat that i wanted but at first thought i would be out of my mind trying to buy a used boat in Texas while I'm in CT. Over the next two weeks Rick Lanier and crew were absolutely amazing! They acted as if I was their largest sale of the year when in fact, I am probably on the opposite end. I was given prompt returns on every single phone call, e-mail or text. Videos and pictures were sent on numerous occasions. They were extremely helpful to the marine surveyor i hired to look at the boat. They were also incredibly helpful working with the hauler I had arranged. The boat sits in my driveway now, and i would not hesitate to do business with Rick Lanier and Texas Marine again. Excellent customer service!

Their website is pretty annoying. Their idea is to not remove or update the listing until the boat is delivered. No sale pending, nothing, boat still appears to be for sale. We found multiple boats we were interested in, called, told the boat was sold but was still listed on their site because it hadn't been "delivered".

Seriously. If a boat has been sold, at least mark it as pending on your website. That's very annoying.

I've been doing business with Texas Marine for well over 15 years now and for good reason. The customer service is top-shelf and the service department is second to none. I recently upgraded to a newer boat at the Conroe location and Matt, Andrew, & Rick gave me the outstanding service I've grown accustomed to. As well, the service department transferred the electronics from my old boat and added a new Riptide with the craftsmanship any new boat owner would expect. Go see these guys if your looking for the same.

I’ve been a boat owner since 1976 and have owned a variety of boats during this time. My best boat has been NauticStar 2200 Sport purchased in 2006. Like all things, it came time this summer to replace it with a new one.

I found Texas Marine in Conroe because TM is a certified dealer of NauticStar boats. My luck continued when I walked in and met Brian Russell - a good o’boy salesman whose knowledge and helpful attitude is second to none. He also provided me with a memorable test run on Lake Conroe.

I’m an engineer by training and work experience - a man of a few thousand questions. Brian was patient and answered all of my questions without having to research any response - an extraordinary knowledge database. He is sincere and trustworthy- this coming from someone (i.e. Me) who trust few people in business.

Texas Marine is not cheapest boat store in town, but you get what you pay for - good inventory, quality repair shop and customer service. To me, it is one stop shopping. TM has been in business since 1981 and expect they’ll be around for long time to come. I would trust Texas Marine to sell and service their boats to any of my family members who are experienced outdoors people.

Bought my first big boy boat from Texas Marine. I was out of state, clueless, and my Lender did me and Texas Marine in Conroe no favors. Rick Lanier tactfully managed the Finance End and kept me informed at every junction. Mark who I deemed "Navy Mark" went out of his way to take video footage from land and by sea to help me understand where the boat had flaws and also where it was flawless. The transaction took nearly 2 months due to buffoonery of my Financing. They are consummate professionals and I recommend you buy your next boat through them.

I can't recommend Texas Marine enough, they were great from start to finish. We drove down to Conroe from DFW and I will do it again when we are ready for our next boat.
