Great customer service and buying experience, In August of 2018 I was diagnosed with a brain tumor at MD Anderson, I know you can imagine the shock when you received this news. All of a sudden you put your life in perspective, after 2 brain surgeries, radiation and Chemo, I decided I wanted to live a normal life again. My wife Carol and I loved the water, so we decided to buy a boat. I stopped by Texas Marine-Conroe store and spoke with my salesman Zane. I couldn't have found a better salesman, because of the surgery my brain understands what is going on but I have difficulty communicating it verbally. Zane took the time to show me a lot of options in our price range and spent several hours with me on a busy Saturday morning while I just babbled along. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured, he also recommended for me to look at some used boats, which would make my wife super happy, however I knew I wanted a new boat. When we made our decision we contacted Zane and he offered to take us on a test ride on Lake Conroe. At no time were we pressured or felt we were rushed. We decided on a 211 Nautic-star Hybrid and decided to move forward. I had contacted several other dealers in Texas, regarding this boat. When I showed Zane and Spencer my offers, they immediately exceeded my expectations, at no time did I see that dealer experience where they become defensive and arrogant.they matched the offers and added a few more accessories. Austin in finance was awesome also, it was not a drawn out 4 hour car buying experience. We couldn't be more happier. If you are looking for a good honest boat salesman please ask for Zane. I may sound like a homer but this review is from my heart. When you hear brain tumor you suddenly think you life is over, it is only over, when you give up. Thank you Texas Marine for an Awesome buying experience. So if you see some nut driving a 211Hbrid on Lake Conroe, remember, oh yeah that's the guy who bought his boat from Zane at Texas Marine in Conroe. First time boat buyer. Simply just found this place driving out to conroe one day from Spring, so we decided to stop in to checkout boats. We originally were interested in a used boat, but I saw this beautiful, Blue, Yamaha AR210 I fell immediately inlove with! Chris our sales guy was so great, he answered every question we had and constantly kept us in the loop. Austin in finance was great as well, Chris and Austin made this experience less stressful and a breeze. We’re currently headed to the lake to take our new boat out, thanks to Texas Marine.

Not good customer service treats you like your wasting there time! Took my money down the street found a good company spent thousands with the company where customer service was good! Never will go back here.
