Thai Ocha reviews
39I am not much for Thai food, but this has been pretty good so far. I have eaten here a few times and I do like some of the fried rice combos and the peanut chicken. I will try more.
Delicious! Also, super cute little place. Never a bad experience, food gets out at a reasonable time and always great.
This place has great food! From Curries to Soup everything is delicious and reasonably priced for those on a budget!
Wait staff is good. I can't speak for all the dishes but the musa mun curry is fantastic! Very easy to eat vegan here. Make sure to ask about fish sauce.
Good prices for decent sized portions. Chicken Pad Thai & stir fried broccoli. We were a little confused why there was so much broth in the stir fry. Tasted more “soup-y” than dry.
Best This food in North Dallas! Have been a frequent customer for a few years, have never been disappointed! They recently got new owners, but staff was reassurent that food would not change! Just a few new menu items, like my fav, Crab Rangoon!
Good place for a comfort meal. Note that you have to request for food to be made Vegan, else it has fish sauces or prawn egg broth
We LOVE the food here! I know native Thai people, and they say that this is one of the few authentic Thai places in town. Kind of an old building, but the inside is clean and well decorated. Good atmosphere. Small dining room, hard to accommodate groups of more than 8-10 at the same table.
Authentic Thai food. Never had a bad meal at this place. Thier Tom Ka Gai soup is absolutely the best.
One of the better Thai Restaurants in Denton area. Unfortunately they over-sweeten the Pad-Thai - unless you have a sweet tooth. The curry dishes are always good ablnd reliable.
Delicious fresh food. I had the orange chicken and it was some of the best friend chicken I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned and the right amount of crispyness give way to a smorgasbord of flavor. From the sweet tangy orange sauce, with real oranges to the crunchy delicious broccoli, this dish can't be beat. They also have crab Rangoons now and these too shared Thai ochas penchant for fried perfection. Great restaurant and the service was impeccable.
This is my go to place for Thai when I'm in Denton! Great food, reasonable prices and super quick and friendly service. Takeout is a breeze!
This place is very cute and the food very tasty. The restaurant is very clean and we did not wait long for our food. The service is great, the staff is very friendly. The portion size is excellent and the overall atmosphere is relaxed, it's a cute place for a date.
Always fresh food, friendly staff, very reasonable, beautiful dishes. I always get the peanut chicken because their peanut sauce is to die for. I always feel really good when I leave here.
Really tasty. Spring rolls were delicious and Pad Thai was a little dry, but I mixed some peanut sauce in, and voila! Yummy!
Curry is great. Pad Thai noodle had dry chicken, very few vegetables, and saturated in fish sauce. It smelled horrible! Stick with the curry.
What a great Thai restaurant. They did everything right. Down to service, food and presentation- I was extremely satisfied. The dumplings and chicken satay were top notch, the spicy basil fried rice was a+, I tried the garlic chicken after the waiter recommended it and it was so good it made my husband jealous even though his plate was also fantastic. The peanut chicken was a bit bland- too 'peanutty' - but still good.
To get the best Thai in DFW you have to go to Denton. Period. Nothing in Dallas beats Thai Ocha. Believe me I've tried everything in Greenville Ave. Not even close! Lucky Dentonites have Thai Ocha for themselves.
