Robert was very helpful and answered all of me and my sister's questions. He made the tour experience fun and we left the tour very informed and excited to possibly move in.

I have been living here 3 years my a/c recently broke they took forever to replace it and once it was replaced the inside unit was broken and leaked heavily all over my guest bathroom and they still have yet to come and fix it, also maintenance likes to mark things as completed and they don’t even come and fix anything this is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of rent I pay I shouldn’t have to call my apartment complex several times a day to get something fixed this is unacceptable where is the management? And don’t let me get started on the pest control the roaches are everywhere and they don’t spray when you request for Peat control

By far the smoothest moving process! I was looking for a place for my Father who is relocating from South Florida and was worried there would be some challenges finding a place especially during Covid-19 times. I highly recommend working with Alaria in getting the process started she was more than helpful and super efficient!

I had such a wonderful experience leasing with Alaric’s. It was so smooth and simple and she helped me out very quickly! I’m so happy to be here.

The best apartments in Houston! Wonderful manager ALICIA! ** THE PPL LEAVING BAD REVIEWS MUST BE COMPETING APARTMENTS! THERE'S NO WAY YOU CAN SAY 1 BAD WORD ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY OR THE STAFF! *** I've not felt this at home in many years! We searched for day's all the apts in that area & were about to give up until we found this apt! They love & welcome pets! In your rent 200 free AT&T UVERSE channels are included. Very beautiful, quiet & peaceful. Most staff live on property.

The staff is always nice to me and are attentive to my needs. Whether it is a maintenance issue or something such as adding water to the coffee machine I abuse, they are on top of it. The atmosphere here was a big reason I renewed my lease last march. Moving here was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Staff was rude! Over charged for carpet cleaning! Bad bed bugs! And we never had bed bugs problems before at any place we ever live in. And roach problems!

I came In go submit a work order and Anisia was so kind and patient. She was so professional and hardworking, she went out of her way to assist me, if you ever need any assistance, ask for Anisia!

I've never seen more beautiful apartments than this one! My dog is incredibly welcomed here and the rooms are so spacious! Would definitely say the staff is one the best and the manager is super nice.

When you go, be sure to ask for Anisia. She is professional, kind, and will try her best to work with whatever financial situation you may find yourself in.

Richard has been the most amazing associate to have helped us when it came to finding our new home. From start to finish he was kind, informative, and took the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our decision I am happy to call The Abbey at Enclabe my new home. The insides of the apartments are beautiful and very clean. I recommend asking for Richard if you want a nice friendly person to help you find your new home.

I came in interested in leasing an apartment and I was instantly greeted by the smiling face of Anisia. Although, I later found out that I do not meet the pre-qualifications of the apartment my experience there was Pleasant. I recommend that anyone that is interested in leasing an apartment should work with Anisia.
She is so calm and has so much respect!

Resident since 2012. Not too pricey for the neighborhood and management has made some nice changes. But the maintenance staff has always been the biggest reason to stay. Robert makes sure any issue I ever have gets taken care of promptly. Every morning you will see maintenance staff cleaning up parking lot and grassy areas. It's a decent place and great location close to shopping and any kind of international food you might crave. Dog friendly community

I simply called to speak to Ashley a guy named Paul answered. Very unprofessional. Didn't even bother to ask to leave a message or anything. Not sure how residents deal with that.

You get what you pay for, not the best but not the worst. I have a one bed room and the facility would be a lot better if they enforced parking rules already in place.

These apartments are trash. The management is terrible. The residents are heathens. The maintained requests are a joke. Overpriced for sure and you will feel under appreciated paying you're rent here

There is no managment here, if something happen to you or family. There is no one to answer, never move here please!

TRISTEN get 5 stars ratings out of me BUT assistant MANAGER will lock the drawer intentionally on friday pm to hold my money hostage until next week. They commit to deliver something and then do not deliver after all. I will go to all their affiliated sites and write my experience. They know I am NOT happy with their SERVICE. I did Call and spoke to TRISTEN and told her that I am not happy again ZERO STAR RATINGS TO the community and 5+ stars to TRISTEN for sure.

Lived here for two years, didn’t have many issues but the couple of issues were big issues. I saw rats on my porch (fairly empty porch) also people parked under my covered parking; daily (that I paid for) and a lot of drug activity was going on right before I moved out. Also, I walked to my car one morning for work and saw the guy that lived across our building, peeing in a bush, and walked back to his side of the apts. Before Harvey, these apartments were nice, now it seems like they’re desperate to lease and are letting anybody in.
