The Abbey At Enclave, Houston TX

Apartments look nice, but there are rats, disrespectful people that live and work here. Can't wait to move out.

They are scam artists. They deleted the 1st post. If u move here get copies of ALL your paper work! They will charge you for things that they are responsible for. Horrible management. When they know they are trying to scam you, they will ignore your calls, and then when they finally pick up they would give you run around.

This place is over priced for its neighborhood and is very ugly on the outside not to mention the drug dealers that live there who sale weed and coke near children everyday.

So far no problems. Takes time to get things fixed. Week day hours make it difficult for me to get something's done. But so far like it here.

It's a very average place to live. You have to call the office sometimes several times to get an answer. The maintenance guys are great. The inside of the apartments are much more appealing than the outside. The residents are what makes it meh. People park like idiots and don't pick up their dog poop. On occasion someone will play music too loud but it's not on a weekly basis. I moved here in Feb. 2015 and things have just gotten steadily more annoying. People constantly coming in through the exit gates and blocking the exit for people trying to actually leave or people trying to drive into the complex the normal way. I continue to live here because it's affordable and Rowland in the office is so kind and helpful.

I had a very complicated issue to resolve in order to get into an apartment. But Ashley and Angela made the process seamless and less stressful. They both were very nice, patient, confident and supportive during this time. I love the area, the beauty of the complex, the quiet, the privacy, and the peace of having my own place again.

My only issue is that the parking spots are small. If this issue is ever resolved, my new home would be perfect!

Just moved in the other day, just wanted to share my overall experience. Angela was extremely helpful. If I had any questions she always answered them right away. I want to thank you so much for your help the leasing experience was worry free and very easy.she made sure she made me feel at home! I had a specific date I wanted to move in and she made sure she had the apartment ready on time! Very happy to be here and definitely would recommend The abbey & Ms. Angela to friends and family. THANKYOU!

Is a Great location if you like the school.the Manager is very efficient and love to take care of any little issue that happen there. I lived there for almost 5 years until I bought a home moving but definitely going to miss the abbey at enclave, I would recommended it and if anyone have the opportunity to check the townhomes are huge with a big spacious place for you furniture and also you would love it.

I moved here and everything was good until the 2 month special started I have a neighbor that smokes weed night and day and my apartment smells so strong it seems like its me which is embarrassing specially when I have guests coming over. I don't feel safe living in my apartment anymore since we are sure the person smoking also sells drugs so you know the deal. This month someone took the fence with their car, I have seen the police at least twice and while I was at the main pool with some guests at 8 pm someone came over selling us a brand new computer. Have been complaining to management but they told me they cannot do anything. Oh yeah and my neighbor likes to burn food and throw it down the stairs, it will stay there for days.

I loathe the management and staff of The Abbey at Enclave. Nothing has ever worked quite right. It has a safe atmosphere, but it is such a bad experience caused by management that it's not worth it. I have lived here for two years and am not renewing my lease.

Avoid if possible.

There staff is insensitive and rude there is dog poop all over the place and u can't leave your kids toys on your patio the place don't have any storage.

I have many bed bugs in my home in ineternet plagin, I report 5 times to office and they don't care about my problem, my wife have a favor I have favor also I did trash all my furniture, mattress and I lost many money at this apartment, please don't waste your time and your money because I see many customers came in office and complaint about bedbugs and they don't care.
