Jessica is always such a great help. Every question I have regarding my apartment or the maintenance is answered quickly and handled with care. The communication could not be better!

If you are looking to move soon, go elsewhere. The application process is extremely slow! I gave up and applied for another apartment. I was approved the same day! With a stress free process!

Moved to The Aubrey and we couldn't have chosen a better place to live. Everyone is friendly and courteous, Nayeli made the moving process so easy, she is super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is look for an apartment.

I applied to this apartment and was supposed to move in January 20,2021. Not only did they not respond timely, the date of my move in came and they had not completed my application. When I asked for my money back, I was told that I could not get my $350 back because I was asking them to no longer process the application. They claimed they could not contact my current landlord. She never received a call from them at all. She even attempted to call them and they asked her to leave a message for their property manager. Not happy about this at all. Now I am out of $350 and no place to live! PLEASE BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THESE REVIEWS CANNOT BE REAL.

Nayeli always acknowledge me and is incredibly friendly. The community is in the perfect location to many restaurants, supermarket shops. Thanks to all the staff for making me feel comfortable at this place that I can call home!

The Aubrey is a wonderful apartment Enoch helped my family move in and has been very helpful alongside Jennifer working hard behind the scene. It’s a great community that cares deeply about it’s resident. I can’t wait to start using the amenities post Covid-19.

Came in to ask some questions the two women were discussing someone’s bank statements being possibly fraudulent when they saw me thy didn’t even stop they continued and only when they were done asked me how can I help you I asked about a tour they asked what bedroom without hesitation said we don’t have any availability sorry have a nice day

I am unhappy because I asked to view the apartment they allocated to me and am mortified that I’ve been told I cannot view, until move in date. Now, I know this unit is vacant because it was ready for me to move in on May 1 but my move in date is June 1. I want to know what you’re hiding as a surprise on move in day? My gut instinct tells me to cancel my application. I haven’t signed a lease agreement yet. I’d be happy to receive clarification on this one issue please.

NEVER LIVE HERE. It is falsely advertised. It is completely disgusting all around, there is trash everywhere and the apartments are not done properly. They are a mess, and we had barely moved in and had ants on all the counters. We had no air, AND our outlets and lights weren't working. The people above us were smoking weed and made our place smell awful. It is just not a well taken care of place, and it is extremely falsely advertised. I am very disappointed. We brought all this to knowledge of the front staff and they promised they would move us rooms, and when my husband went in to talk to them, no one wanted to speak to him. I am very sad because this place looks amazing online, not at all what is advertised.

Where do I start with The Aubrey! The first week I moved in I had a package stolen from my front door. My 6 months there was coupled with my heater not working several times during the winter months, filth and dog poop all over. I moved out as soon as my lease ended and months later I am still going back and forth with them to get my refund. I eventually stopped by twice about it. The last visit Daniela said I was on a list for my check to be processed. Called today 3 weeks after I visited Daniela and guess what? She no longer works there so I have to wait on the other manager to call me back. Horrible experience, rude staff, and high turn over rate.

Ever since they gotten new management I have had no problems. Everything gets done on time when I put in a work order. Ms. Daniel has been every helpful and solve any problems I have with in a day or two. I recommend these apartments anytime

The service and the staff are so POOR, RUDE and REALLY SUCKS! SO TERRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS APARTMENT! TERRIBLE

NO HOT WATER AND ALWAYS CHARGE DOUBLE FOR WATER!
CALLED MANY TIME TO FIX HEAT AND MAILBOX NEVER REPLY AND FIX! NOBODY CAME OR CALLED

Update 5/3/2019
I came home after a long day of work looking forward to taking a long shower, and guess what, THERE WAS NO WATER. I COULD NOT USE THE RESTROOM I COULD NOT SHOWER. For the 3-4weeks the mailbox had been broken AND THEY HAD NOT FIX THE MAILBOX SO ALL OF MY PACKAGES COULD NOT BE DELIVERED HERE. OMG!

Worst apartments I could ever live in I had no ac for 2 weeks with my 7 month old baby they moved me to a unit knowing the ac was completely out I made several service request then they finally came then Danielle or how ever you spill miss disrespectful name she told me that was no assigned parking and I was free to park anywhere I parked in handi cap and forgot to put my sticker up they towed my car at 1: 30 am April 29,2019 after I was told they don’t have assigned parking and they don’t tow so I went into the office to get my car out to see if they can call to release my car and Danielle was so rude basically saying it was nothing she could do I have to pay that plus rent on the 1st you think I’m finna pay that when I was told something different hell no it took everything in me not to reach over and fight her cause that’s how rude and disrespectful she was being after I called the police she told me to get out the leasing office which was very disrespectful and rude DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Moved in on March 31st had many issues until New Management took over. Eunice, Jessica and Mary solved my issues that I have had. Very nice staff overall. Renovations are being done so keep in mind it takes time. Angela York

One friend lives in this property and I came to visit her, since the first moment I really love the place, it is really great. I went to the leasing office just to get some information and the people are so nice, the Aubrey will be my new home

I have had the worst experience in the passed while living here, ever since the new management started in May, Eunis and the new staff is AWESOME, I noticed the passed reviews and strongly believe they are based on mad residents that shouldn’t even be living here, they must owe rent lol
