The Aubrey, Houston TX

This apartment is horrible! They show you a nice remodeled apartment in the front by the office where it’s quiet, and up kept. Then once you move in, it’s trash. It’s unsafe, people loud & obnoxious at 3am, arguing & yelling. They said it’s gated with security & that’s a lie. I haven’t even been here for 30 days & I want out of this lease now! Moving here was the worse decision I’ve made!

Management is very rude they do not return refunds even if it's promised by one of them. Don't trust them!

Omg all these people who owe rent. I have not had a problem with the apartment since I moved in 4 months ago. Leasing agents are always nice and professional to me when I'm needing there service for my apartment. The Aubrey stepped there game up because they are looking good on the Outside. Way to go Aubrey. 5 Star from me.

Great new Management! Renovations are to die for! Easy access to all the local shopping centers. And its very peaceful around my apartment, I can say i am very satisfied with the changes The Aubrey has made. I have been a faithful resident here for almost two years now, and all because of new management and the renovations they have made. So i recommend you guys give them a try you will not be disappointed.

I was looking for apartments around the area and I stopped at Aubrey Apartment, the assistant manager helped me out with the prices and lease options. She was really helpful and honest. She was very patient explaining me the lease agreement.

The Aubrey Apartments has renovated the homes into a modern look that i wished for! The new owners are doing their best and are attending their propects the best ways possible. I can only imagine how it’ll look within the next few months, I’m so excited to see what’s new. Eunice and Mary and Yessica are very caring and listened to what to my needs. I want to thank them so much for my new home! Don’t sleep on the complex. If you’re a designer like me you’ll understand how much time it takes.:)

New property management is definitely an upgrade. I’ve had good experiences getting our issues resolved, we usually get confirmation that our issue has been received on the same day. Our apartment is good size for two, Ive seen reviews about noise and being able to hear everything but I have not had these issues. Price is reasonable for the services we are receiving. I have seen remodeling and am excited for the changes.

I had a great experience, property manager was professional and very helpful. The staff made the leasing experience easy and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

I visited the Aubrey apartments with my daughter she is looking to more and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. The staff and management team were awesome, very professional and took there time with my daughter. The apartments were very clean and well maintained. I feel good about my daughter living here. Staff, keep up the good work. Blessings.

The staff does a great job here. They are very patient and thorough when explaining the lay of the land. They also respond very quick to all issues you may have. I would recommend this place to anyone.
