The Avenues at Carrollton Apartments

Great apartments, my kids and I just moved here from Minnesota and we love it. It seems like a great area, and close to their school. I recommend them. I would give 5 stars, but the rent was a little more than we were expecting.

I moved out of these apartments a year ago and now live in a different state. The office is unorganized. I had to turn in my written 30 day notice 3 times because they kept losing it. Now, a year later, I received a collection notice stating I owe them $6,500! Just like when I lived there, they never answer the phone and never return their messages. I am extremely frustrated and the next call they receive will be from my lawyer!

I've lived here two years and have never had a problem. It's been a nice quiet community. The office girls (especially Amy) have always been so helpful to me. Maintenance has always responded quickly and has helped a ton when I need it.

Trailers/ cars with flat tires in the parking lot, elevator broken for while now. Went from a very nice normal property to a place where you can hear people blasting music in the parking lot from the 4th floor. Also the elevator smells like pee 90% of the time so there's that. I'm not a very negative person but this place went downhill pretty quick after management changed.
