The Ballpark North, Austin TX

This place is disgusting and I haven’t had an a/c or heater all year. Maintenance is basically cavemen running around throwing rocks at things and saying they fixed it.

Always had something going on on certain days where they had free something to eat. Love the pool and felt safe walking around complex late at night cause of the security's driving the golf carts making sure nobody's screwing with cars or any crimes being done. Love that my room had my own bathroom and had washer and dryer as well. Very friendly staff and at Ballpark west. Although west has better and more guest parking options than north. Both are great but living at west my friends dont have to park on the street when they come visit.

Just moved my son into an apartment. It was clean and smelled good walking in. Appliances look new and most furniture was in great condition. The complex is beautifully kept. Office staff was all very polite and helpful making the move-in experience smooth. The A/C in the apartment wasn't working but I spoke with a manager who was extremely helpful and got maintenance right on. The maintenance crew was in and out of our unit all day working on the A/C and a few small issues and they were all very polite and helpful.
