The Carlyle at Stonebridge Park, Southlake TX

I spent almost two months there. My caregivers were outstanding; the therapists were outstanding; the food was good; the facility is beautiful and well maintained; and, everyone was very accommodating. I had many visitors who were very impressed with The Carlyle. If I ever need that kind of care again, The Carlyle is where I want to be.

Had been approved for my wife to enter this facility last week when speaking to Tina. She was to call me on Monday of the following week to get everything in order and go over what i needed to do. Never got a call from her on Monday or even Tuesday.
Makes me wonder what type of care my wife would receive in this facility when they can't even make a phone call!

The care was poor. They are understaffed. We tried to meet with the Director of Nursing and that took 4 messages to reach her and she was useless, rude and lazy. She gave lip servies and nothing ever changed. Nothing changed until we spoke to the Administrator. He fixed some of the issues but the nursing staff management need to go. We will not return with my mother or any other family member ever.

Horrible place, bad service and no one seems to speak English.
Physical Therapy was really good!
