The hostess was sweet. But whoever the server was, did not show up for over 30 mins to get our drink order (we left).

Even the table next to us was complaining about not getting their dessert for 30 mins, along with their check.

I'm pretty sure the food taste great. My wife and I did not want to WAIT ANOTHER 30 mins to place an order, let alone get our drinks.

You may get better service at this restaurant before 7pm, Idk. We are not coming back to this one, trust me. If I can rate this restaurant NEGATIVE 5 Stars for service, I would.

I DO RECOMMEND the Cheesecake Factory at Memorial City Mall, they are the real deal!

The service from the Tomb Raider is free received was from the waiters or above what I expected A+, however the food I ordered did not meet my expectations The Taste was off. Two things I would recommend RV buffalo bites the advertisers as well as the chicken tenders they do an awesome job on those

Our waitress looked as if she had an issue with being at work. Service took a long time. My wife tried to order items she wanted but we were informed that they had none left. It happened 2 times in the same night. Since they didn't have what she really wanted she had to settle for something else. I feel that is unacceptable considering it was mother's day. Our waitress seemed to be busy with everyone else that our empty food plates stayed on our table for 40 minutes. We ordered dessert despite the non sense and we wanted it to be brought to our table to eat there. The waitress assumed that we wanted it to go. I will never be back. The floors where disgusting so slippery you had to walk in an unnatural way so you didn't slip and fall. The restaurant is beautiful but the service and the safety issues are no better than what you would expect at a low end restaurant. I will never be back.

Terrible experience for moms friend group - first they wouldn’t sit everyone until every single person was there - despite reservation - for 45 mins. Then almost every order came out wrong - prawns had chicken causing halal eaters issues, virgin drinks had alcohol, other meals didn’t come together, 7pm dinner with 9 pm things arriving, just bad and not cheesecake worthy experience. Place has gone downhill. Really hope it improves.

I had no problem ordering online to pick up since I was at work and wanted to surprise my husband with something on our anniversary. I decided to cancel my order since I was able to dine inside instead. I was told the manager was the only one to cancel the order but he never came on the phone after several attempts to reach then and waiting about 30 minutes on the last call while I drove home from work. When we arrived at the location they were apologetic about it and they were kind. We were seated shortly after arriving and that's as far as we made it. We sat there.and sat.and sat waiting for anyone to come to our table. The table next to us told someone they were waiting for their dessert for 30 minutes now and just wanted the check instead. As we continued to wait we saw them get up from their table and leave. No one ever came back to their table. We finally decided not to wait and left as well. This was a first for us. I just wanted to treat my husband to dinner for our anniversary since we both had a long day at work.

Racially discrimination
I have never in my life been so insulted. I have a large Hispanic family. When we go out to eat with everyone for birthdays we try and be as considerate as we can as far as calling ahead and such. Well we were told we couldn't make a reservation and when we called ahead we were basically ignored. We arive at the restaurant at about 545 almost 6 (after calling ahead over an hour) we are told it will be a 2 hour wait. After talking to the manger and being told over and over we are getting a table together we were never seated.all while multiple white families are seated.

Great cheesecake as always but they served me half cooked meat loaf (raw red inside) and stomach is still recovering 2 days later.

Cheesecake was OK. However, too many people close to each other around the Cheesecake area. I wish they were more strict with Covid-19 protocols. I didn't feel safe enough.

First time at this location. Had outdoor dining and first time eating at a restaurant in a year. I felt "relatively safe" but there were customers walking by and pulling down or taking of face coverings before reaching their table or eating. The tables are close to 6 ft apart but people walking past me were not 6 ft away. There were some portable plexiglass-type dividers between tables. No tables were "marked" as do not use which means customers can sit were they want, does the 50% rule apply to outdoor settings or only indoor? The wait staff and food I had was very good.

Went for to-go cheesecake: More expensive for smaller pieces. Still taste good, but just not as long.

If I could have given my experience a Zero I would have. I inquired about cheese cake for my husband’s birthday and my waitress told me that they had it but it wasn’t FREE (lol). I only asked that because she told me that they were out of a lot of appetizers so I asked if they still had cheesecake) I was so insulted. I asked her what would make her think that I wanted anything for free. On top of that we had been there for 30 minutes and no silverware and drinks were weak.maybe this was the covid staff because the weekend staff was tired however Folk please go to another location. Tonight was my husband’s birthday and left with no food; however the manager did comp the weak drinks; however I can’t get past the waitress tell me the cheesecake was not free. I pride myself in taking care of my waitresses because I use to be one, but this was was not worthy.

Managed with them 10 yrs ago. Even helped open Sugarland location. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Food was solid but not to spec. Bathroom was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned for hours. Towels on sink and floor. Urine stains around urinal. Mirror water stained. Mgr was clueless with his head down, not dealing with anyone but computers. Hostesses on cellphones. Bakery Stocker had an apron with truely 2 feet worth of wiped on choc stains. Desert was "out of" the sauce they use on the particular CC. So my godson and his GF did without. Online menu - scan code only at front desk - should be on table tents. A fast disposable paper menu would be smart (but I think that's past them now). Paying online though novel was not described till end of meal by polite but rarely appearing server. This caused a needless delay to pay. Just tell us when are seated. (again a table tent describing this seems in order). Just Sad. Great place just not worth it anymore. Hoping its just the Sugarland location.

This place has a great atmosphere. The service was excellent And they have heaters on the patio. Even in the cold it's comfortable to sit out there if it's too crowded inside you can almost get a seat immediately outside Food and dessert were good.

Great service and our food was delicious. The staff is very attentive and hard working. I was impressed. Everything was in order!

The Pasta Napoletana is very good.
My favorite cheesecake is the salted caramel.
Service was good. Our server was funny.
The lighting in the restaurant is very dim. Makes it difficult to read the menu depending where you sit.

Typically avoid chains. Was not too thrilled to go. Turns out I should not have been DJ judgmental. Menu is immense. Has something for everyone. Regardless of budget, you can find something small or you can splurge. Nice treat. Wish I could find a picture of my cheesecake. Was delicious. Carrot cake cheese cake.

They take a bit too long with big partys.then the Server lost are ticket and had to come back and take the order again.

Food is good but wait time to sit and get food was long. In their defense restaurant was busy and we were a large party celebrating a birthday. Cheesecakes are always really good here.

Food is always great. This time service was extraordinarily slow, probably because it was National Cheesecake Day.
