The Cheesecake Factory, Sugar Land TX

I love this place with their great food & always have. Even when I use to take my baby, when he was still a baby, to have mom & son dates.

The waitress wasn't very attentive. She had a great deal of difficulty when it was time to pay the bill because we used 2 forms of payment. Finally she returned a second time, she left the money and abruptly walked away and the change was still incorrect.

Never fails with their service. Has some fried macaroni and cheese balls and a slice of fresh strawberry cheesecake

Best service I had in a long time. Rain the waitress was awesome and easy to talk to. Great vibe and smile. I couldn't have been more satisfied! Thank you!

Went for my mom's birthday & it wasn't a great experience. Waitress was friendly but slow, my food came out burnt, my mom ate all of her chicken salad sandwich before she finally got dressing for her salad. BUT the cheesecakes where delicious!

Horrible service. Sunday late evening not many people and server (who was nice.) wss running from one place to other, order beer and wasn't cold, appetizer was not good. And expresso was not expresso!

Had dinner with my grandson, Trevor and his friend Cam. Delicious food, great service from our server, Will. Always a great time when I go to the Cheesecake factory.ps, I got NY style Cheesecake to go. LOL

A lot of food choices for Happy Hour - but sadly lacking in the drink choices. Friendly bartenders, but I wish they could have given us a little more guidance with the menu.

It was an ok expierence. Food was good but I only saw my server once and had to ask a walking by host for my check and refill.

I've been here plenty of times but this was one of my worst experience. First the waitress had an attitude after we complained that our utensil were dirty. After returning the waiter literally drop all the utensil on the table in a huge stack! If people don't complain services will continue to get worst.

Over the top sweet, but great cheesecake. Bar drink disappointing, but maybe my selection not popular.

The Best! There is a reason this place is always hopping! The food is fresh and delicious and the service is impeccable! Even with a large party we felt like we were well attended to with two servers regularly checking on us. My Thai Lettuce Wraps were perfect, as were the fried zucchini and fried Mac n cheese. The cheese cake I took home was still amazing the next day.

Typical cheese cake factory.our seat was tight, our waiter lack luster croutons were stale, dressing for salad was skimpy.

We ate dinner here on a Saturday evening which explains our long wait for a table. This place has an extensive menu and good wait staff. Btw, beware of the gnats with the dim lighting. I'm only mentioning this because I've been here on more than one occasion and had to wave one away.

The food was good as usual, but the service was terrible. We waited a a while for our waitress to greet us and ask for our drink order, she didn't introduce herself, was not friendly, barely checked on us throughout dinner to see if needed anything and would start walking away as she was still talking to us.

Food is good but i almost felt and broke my nose in the front door i report the manager and he didn't do anything

It took for ever for our orders to get to our table. The food tastes bad, not as as usual, guess they changed their chef.

Poor service, horrible food. Cheesecake used to be one of our favorite places, until yesterday. Not sure if their management changed, or they became complacent. From the service to food everything is horrible now.
Sugarland has several good restuarents and we would not be going to Cheesecake again.

I ordered a to go order I ordered the stuffed mushrooms and the were not stuffed with anything sauce and a whole lot of Parmesan I also ordered the Farfalle with chicken the bow tie noodles were over cooked mixed with spaghetti noddles
