The Cheesecake Factory reviews
34So delicious! I never been here before but i will definitely be coming again that's for sure! Wonderful staff!
The wait was Horrible, got there at 5pm was seated at 7: 40! Party of 7. They only take "reservations" for parties of 6 or less. Somehow a party of 10, who arrived an hour and half after us was seated b4 us, I heard the woman checking in (I was standing next to her as she was speaking to the hostess) that they made a reservation the night before, as did I (try) and was told no. I (we) were not happy. I won't choose to go there again, this was my sister's birthday choice. BJ's is just as good food wise, in my experience, with a very diverse menu as well.
Its ok. Fancy drinks were more fancy than drink. I would have been better served at an Eskimo Hut. Food was good, cheesecake was tasty. Still trying to figure out why we got to go silverware and no decent napkins, but hey, Corona has made things weird.
Been here many times before, but this last time, the food was terrible. The chicken I ordered was bland and not seasoned at all, the basil tomato sauce on my pasta was lukewarm at best. My wife ordered a steak and it showed up undercooked and had to be sent back. The only good part of our experience was the cheesecake. This restaurant soured my wedding anniversary with bad food. We will not be returning again.
Still enforcing mask policies even though you take them off to eat. Completely self defeating. Do the tables have a magic shield to prevent the big bad scary coronavirus?
Too crowded too long of waits no decent seating for my 77 yr old mother while we waited even, so we went to Red Lobster. GO THERE INSTEAD! Fantastic service much shorter wait good food!
Appetizers were excellent in price, portion and taste. I also enjoyed the drinks. Cheesecakes are a must have, love the birthday cake one. The price is definitely worth it, the servers could be a little more attentive though. Great experience overall.
Service was poor. Was never greeted and Iflag someone down just to get help. We didn't have drinks for atleast 20 mins. Had several servers walk past and glance and was never spoken too. My thing is I have worked the service industry. And I realize you get busy. But just to ignore customers is absolutely ridiculous. Bring a water to the table or something.
My family and I love to eat here. It's a little pricey but we have never had a bad meal. The variety of cheesecakes is intimidating but a good problem to have!
We went here for my mom's birthday. The staff was very attentive and professional. The numerous eyes of sauron kept my kids in check during our visit.
Fantastic eclectic eatery with tasty flavors from around the world. $$$
Beautiful decor and excellent wait staff. It is always a great experience eating here. Our server surprised the engaged couple at our table with a complimentary dessert congratulating them! How nice!
The service was great and the Chipotle chicken with pasta was good. No complaints and waitress was very friendly.
Go hungry because the plates are huge. Sometimes you get an inpatient server, but most times not. Always worth the wait.
That was the BEST Bourbon Honey Martini with the addition of fresh ginger on Earth. I have Carmel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake to go along with the remainder of my Herb Crusted Salmon! It was a good night!
Great food, good selection on the menu but kind of pricey
Portions made up for the prices. Fish tacos were the best. Very nice busy atmosphere.
Great for family birthdays and such since they can handle kids and the 50 page menu has a little something for everyone. Good desserts.
This place is badly ran, for a slice of cheesecake it took me 45mins. Can you believe that if it wasn't for my dad and his birthday gift I would have been gone. No one welcome you and seeing 8 ppl behind counter and still waiting for cheesecake
lets just saw the saddest thing ever was coming here.never again in JESUS NAME
Bowtie pasta was waaay undercooked, and we waited quite some time for it. But everything else was delicious
Waited over an hour and never got seated was told 5 minutes several times never got seats i love cheese cake but not that much
First and foremost, our server was incredible! He was very helpful about it being my first time there. The atmosphere is beautiful. Dimly lit with a really nice looking bar. With that being said, I am sad to say I misread the gift card I received for Christmas and assumed this place specialized in cheese steak.they dont.it's cheeseCAKE. So when I ordered the cheese steak it was pretty medicocre. The tea was good! I'll try the cheesecake next time.
Just wanted to show my gratitude to the Cheesecake Factory @ the parks mall.
The first experience there was awesome. Stopped in on New Year’s Eve to get a slice of peppermint bark for my girlfriend. When I asked how much, I was told Happy New Years this slice is on us️
