The Cheesecake Factory reviews
34Good meal. Got part of the order wrong but fixed it quickly, manager apologized but only minor error was far as we were concerned. Good service
Filipe was the best. Professional, kind, attentive, answered questions without making us feel like we were a bother, awesome server. I got the chicken reislen and it was everything. Pasta was nice and buttery, chicken was tender and juicy, mushrooms complemented the meal. Everything was tasty. I highly recommend this location.
This place is definitely one of my favorites hands down! Apple martini is calling my name. No one makes them better!
Service is amazing, food looked great, but it had no flavor, The fried Mac and cheese was still very cold in some spots, cheese cake was dry and crackly.
Everything was wonderful, big portions and friendly service. Got cheesecake to go! Ezequiel C was very polite.
To go order is never correct.waited an additional 15 minute for food to be fixed only to have the other $100 worth of food get cold.but they did offer me a sweet tea while waiting.so I guess that was the good customer service
We waitednfor 15 mins which wasn't bad then we get takrnto a table that wasn't ready we had to wait then finally get a seat. We order and after 5 mins later our waiter comes back and and says he lost the order so wants us to give it to him again. Food is fair bit not worth paying $17. Food has no taste. This was my first time and not worth the price.
We went last night to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday. Everything was perfect. The waiter was attentive, the food was amazing, the cheesecake was yummy, but we came home and our daughters 6 and 4 had diarrhea. They had pizza. They didn’t complain about the taste. I did hear them complain of their bellies hurting on the way home. The night would have been perfect without diarrhea.
The server was attentive without being disruptive. My fish tacos were great crispy and very tasty. My friends loved their spaghetti. My vanilla cheesecake, SOOO good.the only problem, I couldn't finish.
Went here with my wife for a special occasion and they were very nice, helpfully, friendly and just all around great. I love this place and our server was a Christian lady named Lora who was the best.
It was extremely packed when we went to for my best friend birthday dinner, but they tried to best to make everything work and keep us happy.
My wife said it best, "You don't go to Cheese Cake Factory and order Orange Chicken, you do that at PF Chang! " First order: Luke warm plate, rice gummy and chicken over fried. Picture fried jacks if jacks could be fried and eating. 2nd Order: Rice and chicken hot. Chicken nicely cooked, but must have been cooked in previous grease because each bite had a burnt taste to it. Our waitress was a sweetheart. I'll stick with the burger and fries nwxt time.
Probably one of the best restaurants I have visited, I Will visit again and see if they are up to the same standards!
I love this place! Had an amazing time here on Valentine's Day. It's a great place for a first date any time of year though.
