The Cheesecake Factory, Houston TX

The fried macaroni and cheese was burnt so I sent it back but the grease was old so it still tasted burnt so I just kept it, haven't tried my cheesecake yet but that's usually doesn't let me down

Nice place to have lunch with friends, I love the fact that is a huge restaurant so you don't have to wait for a table, lunch was delicious

It was okay lost a lot of its appeal since the last time I was there probably due to lack of good staff due to covet 19.

My visit was to celebrate my wife's birthday, I am more than happy with how our waiter Abraham took care of us. We were sat down very quickly in a what deemed to be a beautiful nook with an ornate chandelier. We ordered the chicken sliders as the appetizer, Bang Bang chicken and shrimp as the entree and for my wife was the herb crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything was absolutely delicious and although the food took a little while it was well worth the wait. We also ordered an Arnold palmer and a Cucumber Arnold Palmer. A peach smoothie and a strawberry cheesecake. My wife's birthday dinner could not have gone any smoother and more enjoyable. It was quiet and almost serene. I highly recommend this location and if you get Abraham as a waiter you'll be treated really well, he communicated with my son, my wife and I really well. Come visit and enjoy a great lunch and dinner.

This was my first time visiting The Cheesecake Factory. Customer service was good. Food was good. I had the Lasagna Verde. Everything was hot and fresh. I will be back.

Let me start with negative, all Cheesecakes places i have been to- Memorial, Galeria, Woodlands, -all smell dirty. Smell of unclea ned food-soiled floors and seats and tables. This is 1 star.

But white chocolate macadamia cheesecake keeps calling me back.this is 5 stars.

So 4 stars with adfing 1 extra as a goodwill gesture.

Horrible! I will never return to this location again. I went to this location with family and friends after my graduation; however, the manager was rude, lacked customer service skills and was extremely unprofessional. She was arguing with customers and changing wait times. We had to get the general manager involved who was very helpful; however, the evening and mood was ruined. The waiter didn't refill any drinks, ask if we wanted dessert, how the food was, etc. Overall horrible service.

Waste time and money! Too spicy the food, and I spent more than US$ 100 and we bring back 3 plates. Never more. I want to cry after this dinner. I went with my mom to celebrate, and the only thing was.lose our money in nothing

Eh. Over the years cheesecake factory has started going downhill. The spinach dip was too watery but they made up for it with the bacon bacon burger which was tasty. Service was slightly slow and the strawberry lemonade was lacking.

I would rate this restaurant a low 3, just because our server was nice. Otherwise it's a 2 for the quality vs price. Here's the breakdown. We got the "Impossible" burger and the bun was like 4 inches thick and dry. Totally took away from what could have been a good burger. The fries tasted like they came out of a box. Lastly my daughter got a fruit bowl as her side and it was pineapple and tiny dried up blueberries. My in laws did not finish their chicken taco wraps because they were so bland. I ate the last one, and I agreed that the chicken was bland and the seasoning was akin to hospital food.

This place is super neat it is definitely prime location it is always so busy it has a great menu great desserts great service totally worth the drive and the wait.

Food is ok. Cheesecake is great and they offer a lot of different varieties. Nice atmosphere as well.

Cakes are good. Love the raspberry lemon. Also dulcet de leche. The only thing I regret is the coffee. They don't know how to make latte or espresso. At my table ask for hot chocolate and had taste of coffee. I ask for a latte and it was like Americano with milk. For the price I expect something better. Did not have food there but the menu was very complete. I guess God hung out. Just don't expect much for coffee

Stopped by for dessert. Cheese cakes are great but coffee and hot chocolate tasted very bad and not hot at all. Had to ask for water with lime but took three reminders to get lime.

Really not the best food, the service was very slow. The bread they gave us was told to be "fresh" but it wasn’t it was hard as rock. It took them a long time to bring our food also, the burger was burnt on the sides and I had tasted better. The cheesecakes were okay, but the bill was overly expensive for the food and service that shouldn’t be at this price.

Really love their food and I've never been disappointed with their service. Their cheesecakes are really delicious!

The usual Cheesecake Factory experience. Plus terrible parking. Food and staff were ehh, pretty good.

The drinks were good & my server was attentive.the food was hot & delicious (just like the men on their kitchen staff!) yes yes thank you

They wanted us to wait an hour & 45 min. For a table. We had a party of 10 called ahead and were told couldn't do that.

I was there at 1: 10 told me 10 minute wait. 30 minutes later and being I seen people that got there after me seated I spoke to the manager and told him what happened that I was leaving he said oh sorry ok bye.
