The Cheesecake Factory, Houston TX

Everyone knows The Cheesecake Factory is awesome. But if you haven't been you don't know that the portion sizes outweigh the cost. Great food and excellent cheesecake. A must go

Horrible experience.take out Chinese chicken salad very little ingredients a child portion but paid for dinner adult price. Ordered steak quesadillas charged 4 dollars more and very little steak which was rare.
Order sat at counter for 10 minutes while I was there waiting a total of 25 minutes.
Galleria and California locations are excellent but they have NOT got it dow in Memorial city. This encounter was not the first time. I will. Not go to this restaurant again

Had a great time the waitress was very nice and the patio is very nice just a little flies they need to control out there

Our waitress Saundra, was very nice. I went with my cousins and we were treated very well. Our food was delicious and it came to the table quickly. Saundra came back to the table multiple times to check up on us and she made perfect recommendations. Even when it was time for her shift to end and Saundra stayed behind to ensure we had a great experience. I wasn't always a big fan of Cheesecake factory, but I would go back for the food and Saundra's service.

Every waiter and waitress is the key behind a perfect restaurant experience which is why I’m always there! Can’t forget the cooks and the Bartenders

Amazing cheesecake, couldnt decide what to order for my entree because they have a large selection but the chicken parmesean sandwich is very good!

I love Cheesecake Factory but this location I never know what to expect from their waiters and greeters. The last 2 times I’ve been there have been horrible, the waiter lacked patience, I felt rushed and uncomfortable, it almost seemed like she didn’t want to answer my questions.

Food was cold, average in flavor and expensive for what it is. Quiet lunch on a Tuesday and the service was slow. We won't be back.
