You can't pull someone's credit report without sharing call fcc or other organizations and sue them.

If 0 stars was possible, that is what I would give this company. My boyfriend and I have been trying for a couple weeks to get a copy of the background check they provided to a prospective employer, because there was something "adverse" on it. His background has been the same and this the first and only background check he has ever failed. So we have mailed 2 letters, both of which have been returned to sender. I call to ask what are we supposed to do and how many times is our letter supposed to get returned to sender before there is some alternate way that we can go about getting the background check.

Some guy named Mike was very rude and condescending. When I told him that the letter has been returned twice he says "well is it legible? " 'are you SURE it says 2525 N Loop West Suite 150" (attached is a picture because YES I'M SURE) and "there has to be something wrong on the envelope, we get 50 letters a day" like sir I do not care how many you get per day when MINE has been returned twice. Also when he said there was nothing else to discuss, I said if he terminated the call that I would call back, he says "well we know your number we just won't answer"

I see on here that we aren't the only ones who have struggled to get a background check. While the issue is not exactly the same, this company needs to handle their customers in a better more professional way. They put false stuff on background checks and try to talk you in circles when you request said information. Its ridiculous.

Literally the rudest people on earth work there.and they pretty much invade all your personal business when your going through the screening

We sent a coworker here for drug screening and a background check and I was surprised by the questions that they had asked her. She was asked how long was she in a relationship and if it’s real love. As her supervisor, I called in to get an update on this issue and Mike told me he can’t speak to a third party and basically said there is no way someone asked her those questions. He is an extremely rude individual.

Read reviews online before calling the company and was a little discouraged beforehand, but in the end they are just doing their job. Was open and honest in the interview and application process so the information I provided was the same. Hope I get the job but all in all they are just doing their job.

Staff is totally rude.i chose not to complete the process nor pursue employment with a company because of the treatment i received from the “cole group”. Totally unprofessional

The Cole Group has been an integral business partner of mine for years. They have effectively helped me minimize turnover and hire quality employees. I would highly recommend them.

Great company to work with. We've used them for years and the customer service is outstanding, highly recommend them.

Interesting process to get a job. Made me feel like my new job cared about the safety of the coworkers I'll be working with. I think people complaining about them might have something to hide in their past.

This company is really a Mexican company with the agenda to destroy as many Americans as possible. When a dealership wants me to call them to be interrogated I turn down the job on the spot. The Cole group need to pay for their crimes to humanity.

You want to know if this place is a horrible, useless retard infected poophole. Just look at the ALL THE FAKE REVIEWS WITH 10 LIKES ON THEM. If you have to put your own reviews and you STILL SUCK, you are worthless.

Over 2 weeks for background check, I got hired by 2 employees one of them did not use the Cole group and the second did, I got my background check back with the other company in 3 days and the Cole group still don’t have the background check back, this is a joke, this group is slow so I suggest you if the company you applying for use this company apply somewhere else, because most likely you will start a new job before this company get your background check back!

They ran a background check on one of my employees and totally messed it up, they are racist and input there own data on vets.never use these people if your a business.

The female taking the call was unprofessional, had an attitude throughout the entire call, and I had to repeat myself several times. I wonder if the information she put into the system was correct being that she had to ask over and over again because of lack of concentration on her part.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with these folks. I was expecting a hassle. I had heard from a friend that the wait was long, but they were quick, polite, and very professional. I answered all there questions and was in and out of the place in 15 minutes.

The worse part was the parking - they require you to use a valey which I did not enjoy, I don't want some stranger driving my car when they have a halve empty parking lot just across the street. I asked them about this when I was there and was told that was run by the management company and was totally out of there control, which I guess made sense to me.

Finally, the neighborhood where it is at is very convienent, directly off the interstate and there are a lot of places to eat nearby with lots of options.

I was lucky and got the job and I want to think Cole's helped me with that - I didn't feel bad about the process and not sure what the ocmplainst about rude is all about.nobody was rude there at all and people all were happy.

Just got off the phone with some lady after having to call The Cole Group for a background check for employment and what a horrible experience. 0 stars if possible.

Yup they told the companies I applied for that I must be taking someone elses identity because the info didnt match. Bunch of Bafoons!

What an awful experience! They REP. Alicia was extremely rude and impatient. I asked to speak with someone else and was told there was no one else to speak to. The next guy was just the same. They asked questions outside the scope of what they needed and than decided to "chime in" with personal opinions about how I was going to get to work. I feel very strongly that the information they are typing into their computers is not what I told them.

Wasn't a bad experience, was different tho the questions were very detailed but overall the lady i spoke with was very helpful!
