I went here to pee in a cup. I signed some forms and was out in 10 minutes. The only bad thing is their magazines were super old.

I work in Finance and HR for my company. TCG really helps us find the best candidates and has for 2 decades. I highly recommend them. They have a very simple and straight-forward process for applicants. Typically any applicants that don't recognize the value are the people who do not fit our business and culture.

I’ve gone through this multiple times for a dealership and have gotten the job. Doesn’t anyone understand that employers have to screen their applicants? I for one like to know that my employer takes who they hire seriously. I wonder if some of you are the ones who cause workplace conflict…

I have worked for three companies that use this service over the past 15 years. TCG has been in business for 44 years and they are great.

Disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, asked irrelevant questions, credit checks when completely unnecessary, extremely and overly discriminatory. It was a very disgusting experience dealing with the cole group. If your next possible employer uses them, look elsewhere, do not waste your time and energy with this company that shouldn't even be in business. Wish I could rate negative stars.

Some people are so sensitive. Company have the right to know about who they are possibly hiring and a responsibility to try to protect their customer and employees. The hiring mgr explained the Cole Group assists in doing this and in helping me show Im ready to work there. I answered their questions and was processed through fast. The next day I found out I got the job.
