The Home Depot, Richardson TX

Rarely have a bad experience here and since buying a house, I'm at this store A LOT! The folks that work there are helpful and even when busy with others they at least acknowledge waiting customers and try to help everyone in turn.

They advertised wrong $ for mulch. Then couldn't help me purchase it. Outdoor garden area is disorganized.

Sales clerk was outstanding. Helped me solve my problem and took time to explain how to use my new rekeyable deadbolt.

I have used this store multiple times. The employees are nice and helpful. I don't understand how any employee can get their freight packed out and job done with all the questions they get from customers. Just yesterday I was in the store on my phone looking up reviews for products sold in the store to see what how good they were and what people thought of them. An employee came up to me and asked if I needed help. After looking online I thought they sold a hand pick axe. I only saw pick axes with large handles so I asked this employee who was helping me out about it. He recommended that I use a transfer shovel he used to break up hard dirt. I didn't even think about using a transfer shovel so I bought one. I have asked employees about other things I needed or wanted to buy and they always help out, are knowledgeable and recommend things that end up working for me. I got keys made up here and they came out good. I have also never had an issue returning things to this store.

Awesome service. Gave us 70% off because the saw was down so we would buy the product. Couldn't ask for anything more.
