This team is great to work with. I needed a place asap and filled out the application on a Friday and got the keys on a Monday. The first work order I submitted was attended to right away. Everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and accommodating.
My fiance and I were looking to move to Denton for both school and work. He got in contact with Cindy (who was awesome and who was open to communicating through text - making our lives so much easier) and she came in on her day off to show us a few of their properties. After we applied, the lady doing our application, Abigail, was very responsive and quick to get us approved. Great team of people with awesome properties and prices.
