First time using this service and the experience was terrific. I did not have to wait to take the shuttle to the airport or from the airport to the parking slot.

Easy access. Quick pickup by shuttle on both ends and simplified pay before you arrive website. Highly recommended!

Horrible! I will NEVER use this company again! My flight was supposed to land at 11: 30 PM. There were thunderstorms in Dallas that delayed my flight, and many others. Thunderstorms are not the company’a fault. However, knowing the weather has delayed many flights, expect the heavy demand when the weather passes. At 1 AM, when people have children and work the next day, they have ONE shuttle working. This is absolutely ridiculous! Never again! It is worth it to pay a little more and use a better company.

The Spot is so easy and quick to park and get the quick ride to the airport to be dropped off and coming back, it doesn't take very long to be picked up and dropped off right by your vehicle.

Normally it’s no hassle.the last time I was there though, someone (including the attendant) could not get checked in.there was a huge line and the gate adjacent to the one being blocked had no sign telling people it could be used for automated check-in. It looked like a shuttle return only gate. It took literally 10 minutes (which is really a long time) for the people who were checking in to get in and the entire time the attendant could have easily directed everyone else to the other gate.

I realize this is a one time incident but it needs to be looked into.

This is the best deal going! The buses are timely and your car stays under shelter while you are traveling.

I reserved a parking spot ahead of time. When I pulled up to the gate an employee was there to help as well as when I exited a few days later. The shuttle was prompt and the driver helpful. It was a flawless experience. I like the covered parking. I highly recommend Parking Spot 1.

Shuttle service is so convenient. Picked us up at our vehicle at 430 am. Then when we arrived back home it dropped us back at our car. Not having to worry about our car while we were way was a relief. Check in and out was so easy as everything was on our phone. Plus, a free bottle of water at checkout!

I like knowing my vehicle is in a good spot. The prices are reasonable with discounts. Checking in and out is easy. The shuttle service is good.

Proactively helpful, friendly employees everywhere. The digital check-in and check-out were so easy. And the card they gave us when we parked had our spot on it. When we gave it to the driver at the end of our trip, he drove us right to our car and helped us with our luggage. Good experience door to door.

Easy and fast. If you make reservations on line you get a discount. We were picked up right from the parked car to the airport and picked right away and taking directly to our car when we came back. We have used them two years in a row, plan on using them again next year.

The Parking Spot is a wonderful place to park. They are very fast in getting you to the airport and helping with your bags. On our most recent trip it was very cold the week we were gone and our car battery was dead. Our driver, Kim, was back in 5 minutes after dropping off the other customers and had our car started immediately! We are so thankful for Kim and for choosing the Parking Spot. We will be customers for life now!
