The Parking Spot 1, Dallas TX

This place offers long term parking about 2 blocks from the airport lobby. Shuttle bus service to and from their lot. Great service, friendly staff. Covered parking that is safe since they watch it constantly. We didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes for pickup and dropoff. A bit pricey.

I really like having to option to drive myself to the airport, leave my car in a safe parking area and take my trip with no worries!

Facility is well organized, all covered parking (if not a holiday rush), we'll lit, shuttle is very convenient and fast, staff at the gates were very friendly and helpful, and definitely cheaper than the garages if you have a coupon. Only ding would be parking space size, but that's the case with all airport parking.

The staff at the booth were all very accommodating to help the entry and exit process. Also, the shuttle drivers were very helpful with our luggage. We experienced minimal wait time.

Making reservations online was quick and easy. Check in was smooth. Parking in covered parking and pick up was quick. Transport to the airport was fast. Calling for pick up for after 11pm transport back to vehicle was quick and transport back to vehicle was smooth. Checkout was quick and easy. Highly recommend The Parking Spot and will definitely use them again when I fly.

Courteous people, picked me up at the car and returned me after my flight. The booth attendant was very nice during my fee. I'll use The Parking Spot again and recommend it to others.

This is the first time we have parked in Parking spot and we were worried about how well it will go. Ended up it went better than what we hoped for. With 2 checked in bags and 2 car seats, the shuttle drivers helped with loading and unloading and there was no wait time for the shuttles. If we fly through Love Field again, we will park here for sure.

This is where I almost always park when I go to DAL (Dallas Love Field). The Parking Spot has also now purchased the adjacent lot, and they call it “The Parking Spot 2. ” (I believe the 2 is all uncovered, and the 1 is almost all covered now.) The staff is nice, and I don’t worry about my car while I’m gone.

This was my first time parking in this lot. I found it quicker and you are driven right to the boarding area. When I arrived back from my flight, they were there waiting. Drove me right to my car. On the way out the parking assistant even gave my daughter and I bottled water. You can’t get better than this. It also gave me peace of mind that I would have a guaranteed spot during holiday travel and I wouldn’t have to search for a spot in a busy airport parking lot.

Your services are convenient, safe and timely. All important factors when leaving your car and trying to get to the airport.

Everything was fine with my parking experience and they provide a convenient shuttle that was available when I arrived and departed the airport. The "covered parking" description is misleading because your car is still exposed to the elements. It's more like a carport.

Covered parking? Kind of. There's a kind of awning above the car, but it doesn't protect you from wind blown rain or jet fuel. It's close to the airport. I felt rushed after I got out of my car.

The location is so convenient! The drivers are pleasant and I love the water when we are exiting. Especially in the summer!

As soon as car is parked, shuttle is there! Prompt drop off at airport and prompt pick up upon return! Great service!

Online reservations are easy! Pick up right at your car & delivered back to your car at the end of your trip.what’s easier than that? ! And a cold bottle of water as you leave. Our driver this time announced the make & model of the car he was pulling up to; great idea, since it’s hard to see out of the shuttle at night.

Your system just works well. I have never had any issues getting to a spot, getting picked up by a shuttle or getting back to my car and checking out. I like the self check out but that the water bottles are still available to take. Thanks for a great service.
