After watching a video of one of the staff. Being very rude and disrespectful. I know would never want to have any dealing with this apartment complex. Maybe if the employee was dealt with by corporate. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Please do better.

After viewing the video of the employee's attitude and how she disrespected the tenant, I will not recommend my family or anyone in the Dallas area to these apartments.

Lived here short of one year.
Maintenance is prompt with minor issues, larger projects take a little longer to get it done.

Always felt safe walking to my apartment at night - small parking spots which I avoided dings on my car by parking in the covered parking.

I enjoyed living here and had an overall good experience.

I will not refer to no one to live here. Not enough parking lot, theft had happened several times, bad customer service at the office, if your washer and dryer broke you will wait months to be replaced and finally no matter what you do to get back your $ 300.00 deposit they will send shocking letter you owe them more. SAD SAD SAD.

Very unprofessional, from cooperate to the leasing office. Your money is better sent elsewhere and if you choose to disregard all the people here telling you to stay away remember to write a review that we warned you

This apartment complex is terrible. They are rude, unprofessional, dysfunctional and petty. Their mistakes are often legendary. There are frequent break-ins. The manager Shannon and the rest of the staff are so incompetent, it's mind-boggling. Their corporate office is just as bad if not worse. They are also very adept at stealing your money. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
