Connie was my hairstylist and she did amazing! It was my first time at this salon and I didn’t have a picture of what I wanted, but I explained what I was thinking and Connie got it spot on. Will be returning to see her!

Andrew did a lovely job on my haircut. My last haircut was three months ago but it has now grown way pass my back. I still wanted to keep the long length but needed a trim on my layers. It was just getting too thick and tangle.

I called the morning of and got an appointment in the afternoon. This location is located in the HEB shopping plaza. The salon is on the left side of HEB. Very spacious inside with modern decor. Andrew listened to what I wanted and cut off three inch of my hair.

He took his time making sure every snip was perfect. My hair felt much lighter and silkier afterward. The results I got was better than I expected. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would love to come back again to have Andrew do my hair.

Booked an appointment a few weeks in advance. Told them I was coming from out of town (6 hours round trip) and arrived in Housten 20 minutes early for my appointment to be told that the stylist wasn’t coming in today.

Things happen, but it’s very unprofessional to cancel an appointment 20 minutes before it begins. Very dissatisfied with my experience and I recommend not booking here unless you live in town.

I just moved from out of state and have been looking for a hair salon. This salon was perfect and Callie was AMAZING. I have seriously never loved my hair so much. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and it looks even better than the picture. She is seriously so talented, I highly recommend her!

I've been with my wonderful hair stylist, Kacia Cowan, for over 4 years, and I'll never leave her. She's so wonderful with hair and she's so passionate about her job and her clients. She always delivers the best results and does not let you leave the chair until you are satisfied and feeling beautiful. She is a great hair therapist too lol. I sit down in her chair and all my problems and concerns come gushing out and she always has a positive word and moral support to give. I not only feel beautiful when I leave her chair, I feel emotionally better too. She always claims she's OCD about hair, and the perfection that she applies to her work SHOWS! I got my mom, sister-in-law, and several of my friends as her regular clients. She does hair cuts, hairstyles for events, hair coloring, balayage treatments, hair extensions, and more!

She listens to what I want and offers multiple options to achieve it. My hair comes out looking AMAZING every time - I have never met someone who does blondes so well! The salon is beautiful and welcoming.

It is fair to say some of the most talented hair stylists reside at this salon. Their clientele is predominately (99%) women for mostly coloring services. There are very few male clientele. I imagine they'd rather keep it that way since coloring/extensions cost more, but who knows. I've been going here for at least 3 years. Place is extremely clean. Staff is friendly.

I followed Veronica here to Upper Hand Salon. I recently moved to TX and I would travel back home to MN just to get my hair done becasue I don’t trust many people with my hair. I first went to her a few months back and have been impressed ever since. She does such a great job on my hair and always goes the extra mile. I would definitely recommend her.

OMG! Veronica is the bomb. I started off with black hair. Also note that my hair is frizzy, curly, and thick in its natural state. I wanted a balayage on my hair and she exceeded my expectations. She maintained the integrity of my hair, which is something extremely important to me. She really cares for her clients and isn’t in it to make a quick buck.

Jeff Burnett is a master! He specializes in blondes and will create the most magical natural looking hair. He’s also great with extensions- tape in and beads. He honest with you and no false pretenses. If you go to him you will not leave disappointed! Client forever:)

Surprised my grandma for her 65th wedding anniversary with a haircut "in the city" with Marty! She loved how meticulous he was to ensure the cut was spot on (pic is the back of her cut), fixing a previous uneven and nonblended cut. She almost fell asleep from his light easy touch. I came in to update my blonde hair. My stylist apparently understood this to mean that I still wanted my roots showing. When I asked why she didn’t paint my roots, I was told that I needed to do that in a separate appointment- keep in mind she had already started painting. After 3.5 hrs. I still look like I’ve got a month’s growth. But the real kicker is that my shirt was ruined, despite wearing a smock. Pictures are from the day after I got my hair done, no shower or treatment in between
