I was with Veronica. She is amazing. I got an ombré and haircut. Love it! The salon is clean, staff is nice and they have a bunch of services. Check them out you’ll be glad you did.

I followed Veronica to the Upper Hand. She has been coloring my hair for the past 2 years. She blends colors and covers grays wonderfully. She also managed to make my hair seem thicker after some unwanted hair loss from stress. I would recommend her to anyone wanting color changes or to freshen up your current look.

Fantastic salon, Crystal is the most knowledgeable hairdresser. Understands all your needs, makes it so easy to make changes to your hair. I love my hair short or long she makes it look fantastic either way!

If you need your hair colored, I highly recommend Veronica. She was able to help me achieve the color I was wanting, to blend my greys.

I went in with Veronica and she’s absolutely amazing. I had red box dyed hair, and she took me back to me originally color with a beautiful ash blonde blend. She’s is the best, and super nice too. She will go the extra mile to make sure you are in love with your hair.

I came to see Aiden James, after I had an unfortunate experience with my previous hair stylist. He spent hours upon hours not only correcting my hair color, but creating a perfect color and look to suit my skin tone. I’m so happy with my cut too. He’s incredibly talented! I haven’t been this happy with my hair in years, or perhaps ever. I highly recommend him!

Rochelle is fantastic. I had been going to another stylist in the neighborhood and I have been experiencing buildup issues. The stylist that I was seeing on a regular basis just kept selling me more and more products that didn't help. Rochelle actually took the time to talk through all the variables that could be causing the issue. She did a beautiful job with my hair color (blonde) and was a pleasure to talk to.

I’m extremely upset. A lady burned my hair, I will be nice and will not mention her name. I wanted to do just light highlights and now my hair keep on breaking and falling.now I spend looots of money to return my burned hair to normal, even though I HAD TO CUT burned completely damaged hair in front.

Hair color is exteremely bad with a strong smell gave me rush and allergies. I paid for everything 340 dollars. Even though I was told it would be cheaper.

I can’t speak for the other services as I’ve never had them, but Fibee does fantastic mani pedis, and she’s awesome to talk with. Great interior, super friendly staff.

Absolutely loved my both of my experiences at the Upper Hand. Kim has done such an amazing job with my cut&color as well as an updo for a formal event. The customer service is top notch.

This place was amazing! Was picking a new hair salon for my Wife and this was a grand decision. Stylist Alex was a gift. The location was easy to find. Parking a breeze. You can walk in just about any door. With Raising Cain's across the street and retail stores down the street, if you were to sit and wait being bored. That's your problem. She was satisfied with her cut. Alex is a unique stylist but what about the business isn't? We will be going back. Worth every dollar.

I booked an appointment for a plain, straight-across haircut with just a wash and a cut. No blow drying, layers, extra product, NOTHING. It cost me SEVENTY dollars. That is highway robbery. My hair was not cut by god himself, so I'm not sure why I was charged like it was.

Deanna is amazing! She brought my hair back to life. Came in with dry lifeless dull frizzy curls I walked out with shiny silky straight hair! Never thought my hair could look so amazing and movable! She didn’t rush through the process came out amazing. And the after care products are great despite the price
