The UPS Store reviews
21The people at this store are very professional, helpful and friendly. We have been using their notary service as well as sending packages and letters for years. Excellent store.
This store has great customer service.
After dealing fraudulent Chinese online seller, I have to ship their junk back to China, instead of point of origin, Colorado's supply and shipping center.
The young man working the busy counter advised me to try USPS International mail, It would be cheaper than UPSs $50.shipping fee.
I appreciate their Help and Honestesty to me the customer on shipping cost and to help customers save money.
Thank You UPS on Potranco and 1604 area.
Horrible customer service! Cheryl was absolutely rude and not helpful. Charging me $7.62 for 1 sheet of print from a forwarded email.
When Asked why it was so much? Her response “will maybe you should know how to work a computer”.
Charged me $1.50 on top of. 49 per print for pc usage. I literally stuck my usb in and clicked print. Finding another place to do my printing.
Love this place. The employees provide the absolute best customer service. Kept up to date on incoming packages and even call when important. Very helpful people as wel. Thank you!
Always have had great experience here - today was no exception. They want to know your needs and explain to you options that best meet them. No pressure and they aim to please!
Best shipping store I have ever used. The workers are always jolly and superbly professional. Service is speedy and thorough. My most-recent visit took only 20 seconds to get a return label printed at the register and package dropped off. They've helped me with printing and copy services on previous visits. They can also help you safely package and ship electronics, such as a laptop.
I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and fast! They have handled an Amazon packageless shipment, a Spectrum modem return, and numerous personal shipments for me with zero problems. They even hold the door for me when I have my hands full with boxes and children. I love, love this store and I will use them instead of the post office (who I have had the opposite experience with) whenever possible! Keep up your good work.
*Update*
Hi Cheryl, Thanks for taking the time to respond. Although, your employees may be trained in the new way, they didn't offer to help me except to say call Amazon. I understand growing pains and I hope that others who have a package less drop off will find it easier for them going forward. Imagine if it was you or someone you loved having this type of experience somewhere. Thanks and have a wonderful week.
I had a QR code for a free return from Amazon. The return stated that it was a package less return. Meaning the code is scanned, label printed and they're supposed to pack and ship it. I guess this service might be new because before this I'd always packed my returns. I showed the employee the code and instructions. Then they tried to charge me for packing it. I stated it was a free return where they were supposed to pack it. I showed them evidence again of this claim. They would have accepted it for free if I'd of packed it myself they said. The employee then said something about the system or label not letting them pack it for free and I needed to take it up with Amazon, which I did. I live chatted them and stated that it was a free/package less return. Amazon agreed as it was written right underneath the QR code. They didn't understand why they didn't do what it said. Supposedly my issue was escalated to their shipping dept. The 1 item being shipped back was a dress. This was a very unpleasant experience and while the employee apologized they kept telling me I have to pay for having it packed. It doesn't seem right that I have to pack this package less return. Amazon said their code was correct, UPS said pay for packing or do it yourself. Seemed like a communication problem between the two and I was caught in the middle. Then Amazon as a goodwill gesture refunded me and said I could keep it. I donated the dress.
Connor was a bit rude when I told him I needed a box he answered “what they just told you to come in here without a box? ” Well yeah you guys do offer them don’t you? Might as well buy one there and ship it off at the same time instead having to buy one somewhere else. Teach that kid how to have proper customer service skills.
Hires kids who have never shipped anything in their lives. Their lack of experience is obvious too.
I told them I needed to ship a laptop internationally, the kid struggled to get the info, plainly written on a piece of paper, into the system nearly as much as he struggled with social interaction.
Once he finally got it in he said the cheapest way would be USPS. I said fine, he said $90. Okay, seems somewhat reasonable. 2 weeks later the damn laptop shows up at my front door.
USPS doesn't ship laptops internationally because of the battery. So I'm out $90 for nothing now because these people don't know what they're doing.
If this place would pay it's employees a living wage they wouldn't rely on high school kids who don't know anything about shipping and they'd have better service overall.
Cheryl, the owner is horrible. I called to see if a package I had dropped off there somehow got misplaced and didn't get picked up. She kept telling me "no, it gets picked up everyday.call USPS" and was completely discourteous and unhelpful. I asked to speak with someone else and she told me no, that she's owned the store for 10 years and doesn't care about customer service. I have never had a worse experience with any other business, ever.
I went to UPS to return something I bought from Amazon, it was quick, easy and best of all, the employee that assisted me with the return was incredibly nice. Overall, great experience. 10/10 would visit again.
Best UPS Store ever! Allen runs a tight shop and all the guys that works there are super friendly and helpful. I keep a box here, and will keep my business here as long as I can.
Of course the UPS store doesn't have shipping boxes.why on Earth would I think they would have SHIPPING BOXES!?
I used quite a few of their services close to closing time and they were so incredibly fast, thorough, and friendly! I wish all businesses were like this store!
Walked in to drop box off. Greeted as soon as i walked in. Friendly staff. I was in and out in a flash. Great experience
Superior service. Friendly and thorough. Reasonably priced for the services they perform. Copy, print, scan fax anything. They can convert scanned copies to PDF as well. They also have a notary 6 days/wk. This is the Go To store for all your shipping and business needs.
Excellent Customer Service! Everyone is always professional and courteous. I have been using this UPS for several years and have never been disappointed.
This place probably has the best customer service I've ever had. Seriously, the staff is amazing! Always helpful and they all seem to be in a good mood. I won't even go to any other UPS stores in town besides this one.
