The UPS Store, San Antonio TX

Went in 11/29 to get a copy of document and a employee an older lady showed me the computer in order to get a document. She stated that she was fairly new. I ask about the hp app on my mobile phone it states on there you can print a document and a code shows up and they need to look it up on their computer and print it up. She didn't know what I was saying I repeated myself again and still again. Still no knowledge at all. Ask to talk to another employee she said that he was newer then her he wouldn't able to help me. I went up to him didn't even bother to look at me to help me. He just shook his head and left me standing there. Rude person. Need people with knowledge working there. Then finally another guy with a (green shirt didn't know his name) who was willing to help me and can tell his been working there longer. Told me to just email the document to their email address and he will printed out with a cost. And finally got my document. Thank you to that gentlemen who put effort to helping me. I was so frustrated with those other people. I will go somewhere else next time. Never again.
