1st time patient and now a continued patient thanks to Dr. Brown whom took her time explaining to me the importance of certain test and how it can prevent long term medical issues! I bought the Oasis drops and instantly I felt the difference in my eyes no stinging no blury effect just clear and refreshing so happy for the purchase. I didn't have time to shop for glasses had to get to work but definitely going back for a fitting next week on my day off! The receptionist in front we're both so friendly and greeted me with a smile. As well as the two nurses that took me back and ran the test. Just a friendly environment. I received my prescription by a gentleman without issue or pressure. Thus the reason Im going back for glasses! I recommend this place to anyone such a friendly clean safe environment! Thanks Guys for all you do!

They saw me within two days to accommodate my travel plans. The exam was very thorough and the latest technology is in their offices.no need for a dialation! They took my insurance. Thanks. I'll see you next year!

We have been with Vision Center for over one year. We have received the most excellent care at all times. Dr. Riley was amazing and discovered a life-changing issue for one of my children and we recently had an eye emergency and worked with Dr. Alex and Dr. Brown, both excellent. Each and every person was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout. Highly recommend.

The Vision Center and Dr. Riley are first class. They are extremely professional and personable. Everyone is very friendly and go out of their way to help with anything you need. Couldn't be better.

Friendly staff with great service and complete exams! Nice selection of frames and I am always satisfied with my lens! Dr. Brown is caring for your eye problems and takes time to find the best solutions! I highly recommend getting your eyes tested here!

Dr. Simek is a great doc who can help you with just about anything you ask him! He helped me to understand the so much better the things about my vision and helped me get back to where I can legally drive!

Loved the old doctor they had here. The new doctor Dr. Nitardy in my opinion seemed dismissive and didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously which is unfortunate. Staff was friendly but did not like my experience with him. Will be going to a new doctor and not coming back.

Absolutely love this place! The staff and doctors are hands down the best in Lubbock. My entire family uses this facility and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

We started as patients with Dr Reily, 13 years ago. We have seen several doctors and I would recommend any of them, without hesitation.

My first visit was wonderful. They got my prescription accurate and everyone was so nice and helpful from the receptionist to the eye doctor to the glasses department. Wait was minimal and everything ran smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Truly blessed to have Dr. Riley looking after my daughters eyes. I have no doubt he is beyond knowledgeable and wise, which is a sense of peace for this Momma. Not only is he awesome he has a great team standing with him. Big thanks to ALL the wonderful ladies at the Indiana location, they are always so helpful and genuinely care and are concerned with not just my daughter but our little family. Im very thankful for the vision therapy at this location as well. Daun is doing a great job as well as the entire vision therapy staff. It makes our drive more desirable knowing we get to see this entire crew from Dr. Riley, office staff, and vision therapist. Thank you to each and everyone one for being great.

Dr. Kelly Fallin Always takes his time to insure I’m getting the best treatment, he made sure I got into the right contacts that not only were the perfect prescription but also comfortable! Also the staff here is so friendly! The front desk ladies are always welcoming and helpful! Can’t pick a better place in all of west Texas

My son started going to Dr. Riley for vision therapy about 6 years ago and it has been great. His grades improved and his first semester in high school he is now an AB student! I highly recommend Dr. Riley and his staff they are the best in Lubbock.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. My daughter hates going to the eye doctor, but really felt good about herself when she left. She said she definitely wanted to continue to use Dr. Riley.

My Doctor that i normally see was in the hospital but the Vision Center didn't miss a beat the other doctors rallied and got me in and out in under an hour and i was at work on time. They did a great job. Thanks

I love seeing Dr. Riley. He’s great with my kids:) The three of us have been seeing Dr Riley for several years. I recommend Dr. Riley anytime I get an opportunity!

Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Riley is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things well, and gives options. Nice facility and equipment, and all-around top notch place to go!

I like Dr Woodrich - she was very sweet but I was given a prescription that was too strong. The older lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. I also was charged for a computerized refraction which i did not authorize (and my insurance does not cover) and they made me pay out of pocket for it. I called them and let them know I did not authorize it. They said they would give me my money back but it took about a week for it to go back on my card because their biller was on vacation. When I tried to get glasses at a different location, I was told there was a hold because The Vision Ctr.had already put in for an authoriztion for the glasses. I called the office and they said it would take 48 hours for the hold to be released.
Since my prescription was too strong, I had to schedule several appointments to get it right. I could not walk in and get an RX based off my last prescription. When we finally got it right, They never ordered the contact lenses. Then the contacts they put me in ended up being uncomfortable after a few days, I again had to schedule another office visit just to try different contacts. The next time they ordered the contacts, The called me and left a messaget that they were ready. I went to the office and they sent them to the wrong location (across town) I had to wait until the next few days to go pick them up as this location was not convenient for me to run and get them! Then when I called that I needed a copy of my prescription for glasses, They said I could not get one because there was not a doctor on site. I assumed they would have my RX attached to my chart but they did not. I had to call about four different times to have them send me an RX. I finally had to speak with a supervisor to get it sent to me.
