The Vision Center of West Texas, Lubbock TX

I frankly was so impressed with Dr. Alexander. She identified an issue I've suspected for many years but had never been addressed by another physician, and took the extra time and effort to solve for it. Her thoroughness was so appreciated, to the point I've told several friends. I'm a big promoter!

The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Alexander was professional, efficient, and made us feel at ease. I definitely would recommend The Vision Center of West Texas!

I’m new in town and decided to stop by and see if they take my insurance. The receptionist Pam quickly looked it up and also called my insurance to verify, so I don’t have to pay more out of pocket. I then asked to schedule an appointment and to my surprise they were able to get me in quickly despite being very busy! I waited maybe 10-15 minutes and was done with my exam in 30. Every one there was kind and courteous the Dr.was great taking the time to explain everything she was doing.

100% love going to both locations. My whole family has always had a great experience every time we have been in the last 6 years. Can’t say enough about everyone who works there. They really care!

I'm so grateful to Dr. Riley for having the tests/technology for EARLY detection of risk for macular degeneration! Not only that, he's working with me to prevent that from ever happening! Thank you, Dr. Riley!

The entire staff was incredible! Very kind and patient with my son. This was his first ever eye exam (he failed an eye test) I called on Wednesday and they got us in Thursday! They explained everything they were doing and took their time.

I’ve been going here for years. Staff is always friendly! From setting up my appointment to picking up my contacts/glasses, the staff and doctors are helpful.
