Check your tacos to go before leaving. Tripas taco was nothing but fat. Took picture. Spoke to Angie and explained that we were handicapped and couldn't take back that day. She said I had to take taco back. So I stuck the taco in my fridge till I take back! Angie needs to better train her servers. Not a question of money, not good mgmt. Wouldn't feed that taco to an animal!

Love this place. Last time our male waiter forgot about us. But the female waitresses are wonderful!

Quick, friendly and fast service. The place is a little sticky, as in the floor, tavles and walls have a strange layer of something on them. Never the less the food is cheap and delicious.

Love the homemade tortillas. I remember when they used to be really big. Now occasionally if You dine in, they are a decent size. To go tacos seem smaller IMHO.

The food is ok, wait staff not to friendly. Cashiers always making sure you leave the wait staff a tip and if you don't leave a good enough tip they talk about you in Spanish amongst themselves. We live in the area and it's the only Mexican restaurant in the area that can seat more than 20 people. My cousin was asked to leave a tip when all he did was place an order to go.staff needs to be trained in customer service etiquette.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in San Antonio. The breaks fast tacos are to die for and my husband loves the carne guisada and tortillas. We live by the north star mall but we don’t mind making the drive therefor greAt food and service. We even brought our parents here to try good texmex
They enjoyed the wonderful food here and told me that’s the only Mexican restaurant they e ever liked and still ask me if they are still in business.

Currently at this location. We are from out of town and decided to stop because the restraunt looks nice. We have been sitting for an hour with just drinks.there are 3 couples in here, and the staff is just standing around talking. Had to ask for chips 3 times. Leaving cash and heading out now. This place is DEFINENTLY a no go!

I felt unwelcome. The manager asked me if I was sure if I wanted to dine in because they closed in 25min. This happened on Nov 8th. I hope this issue is addressed with the manager.

Best homemade tortillas we've ever had. Cozy chain where you can get good good at low cost, and the atmosphere is just what you'd expect. Giant sodas or sweet teas to complement your food, and it's all chock full of south Texas charm. Will definitely go there again when I'm in San Antonio!

Oh yeah, and the chips and salsa are to die for.

2stars for food only. It's good food with crappy service. I've had to hunt down waitresses just to let them know I'm there several times. You get served and then get forgotten. After that, it's up to you to find them when you need something. Place needs to train their waitresses to handle a packed location. They run around like chickens with their heads cut off when busy. I've walked out several times with my family after sitting there for 15 plus minutes without someone acknowledging us. I just go back cause my girls love the food as do I. Poor owner must loose money everyday cause I've seen people walk out because of no service. Again, this is based on several visits and not just one.
