I came in without an appointment, walked in with nothing but my ID and title and Mr. Garcia the general manager was able to get me in and out with the amount I asked for with no problems in less than an hour!
I would happily without a doubt advocate for them as being very professional and sympathetic to my situation.

Abel over at this location was great and I would recommend him to anyone looking for some help with anything having to do with TitleMax. He is very personable and makes the whole thing very easy. Thanks again Abel.

I wish I could give them a thousand stars for Jen. They really care about their customers, I’ve been using them for close to two years now. And no one cares about their customers as much as Jen. It’s nice not just being another loan but actually being a person they care about helping. Do not go anywhere else for loans. Go here and go to Jen!

Jennifer took really good care of us today, when other people turned us away.she was there to help and listen. We were approved immediately and had the money in our hands ready to go. This place is awful at explaining things. I borrowed over $5,000 and wasn’t told I would have to pay back close to $10,000 when all was said and done. Rick told me to pay a little more than my minimum and I was thinking by a little he meant $100/$200 and come to find out you would need to pay DOUBLE your payment to get ahead. These people set you up to default as if you’re trying to get a loan through them they wouldn’t charge you an APR over 125%. Yes over 125%. If you need to borrow a lump sum don’t go here unless you don’t care about keeping your car. I had to beg my Dad for the money so I didn’t lose my car to these people. You’ve been warned! Read the PAYMENT SCHEDULE before you sign anything. My last payment was my minimum which was over $500 PLUS a balloon payment over $6,000.
