The customer service was great. Cynthia and Rick the managers were both very helpful and explained the process from beginning to end.
This place is highway robbery at it's finest. A family member of mine went in and got the money she needed, but didn't have squat explained to her. They told her a couple details but didn't tell her she'd be paying DOUBLE the amount back and that they would randomly give her the "opportunity", which is actually mandatory to pay the accrued interest or fees or whatever they claim it to be. If you use this company, BE SURE TO READ BETWEEN THE LINES, ON THE BACK AND IN THE MARGINS!
