Being a vendor of the community, working with Joann has been an amazing experience! I truly feel she is one of the reason why Toscana apartments is so put together and is running smoothly. She’s always on property and is always there to help out anyone in any situation.

Our team and I have been working with JoAnn for about 2 years! She has been an amazing manager and so easy to work with! We all enjoy working with her! Joann is very helpful she’s goes out her way to make sure her residents are happy. The whole time I’ve been living here I’ve been happy an also my family my kids can play outside with no worries. Apartments are very calm and clean will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new home to come to Toscana apartments

I think Jo Ann goes above & beyond her residents needs. She works a lot after hours. We appreciate her, she needs office help as we see her work way past 6pm. Toscana is quite, calm & nice place to live. Recommend this place to anyone

Manager is awesome and takes care of her residents she helps us out when she can. Maintenance is great. Jo Ann does need help. She had so much to deal with but still looks out for us. I have been living at Toacana for a year and just love it.

Joann gives rudeness a new level. She told me that the parking rules won’t apply right away and then had about 20 automobiles towed for rear in parking. She then charged residents to park where they live. Now, she’s not posted a $700.00 payment that was received three days ago from a church organization so she can charge me and evict me. I am looking forward to moving since she became manager at my location. Ii have tried contacting their main office but suspect that my phone calls and emails are going to my apartment complex, not the main company. I have NO CONFIDENCE in her.

This is Keith it is currently February 22,2020 at 12: 22 PM I just went to leave a note at Joannes door she pulled up as I was approaching or just as I knocked on the door I saw her and she commits to threaten me with the lease violation. I put in a call for an emergency situation which is flooding in my kitchen. Although the answering machine says flooding is an emergency you went as my emergency is not an emergency and she again threatened me with the lease violation. She says That maintenance did pick up the line in my emergency is not emergent an emergency.
I just got off the phone with the answering service for emergency maintenance. They told me informed me that I still have an open ticket, no one has picked up the emergency maintenance line,

BOND-VILLAIN-HENCHMEN!
They steal, lie, take forever to fix anything. They take. And they jack up the rent when your place is WORSE every time. Not better. They have a racket with the tow truck company, and if they think of some way to rip you off, trust me they will do it.

Stay away from this place at all cost.

Update: air never got fix end up buying two extra fans! Not to mention new management AGAIN! Still same bs just new faces, not to mention corporate still has not returned any of the over ten calls and voicemails we left.

Well the place was ok had a few flaws but turned into a disaster the past couple of weeks. New manager Joanne very rude loud unprofessional. She had 206 vehicles towed from the property and towing wasn't supposed to start until November 1st. She argues and pick fights with the majority of the residents. She's never in the office and when she is she has the door locked pretending not to be there. She snoops around in residence units without permission. She has threatened quit a few residents already and band them from the office just for addressing their concerns. I actually stumbled upon her today yelling and hollering at an African American woman. She literally ran her out the iffice pointing yelling and threatening the woman. Never know who's listening and watching that's a prime example. The office smell like onions all the time since she has come. She has made this community very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Residence are moving out left and right.

My air has not worked properly since June I’ve been told it’s fixed and it’s still not working properly. Yesterday I came home to a 95 degree apartment. I’ve called over a dozen times and nobody has done anything. Today I went to the office and spoke with maintenance and was told he would be right over. Two hours later it is still 90 in my apartment and now nobody is at the office to talk to.

Heater was not working (freezing outside). Emailed office (Jo Ann) and within minutes Juan the maintenance man came and replaced this and that, now were good:)

New management is extremely rude will not renew are lease I rather live in a hotel then this place roaches are bad it takes forever for anything to get done and the up keep us poor they worry about your car not being backed in so they have them towed then the welfare of there residents don’t move here it is the worst place ever jail is better and they don’t even deserve one star

I just put in an application but I wanted to leave a review the ladies in the office were extremely kind and helpful the property seems to be kept up very well very clean and pretty too. I hope I can call this place home but if not I'm grateful for the hospitality.

Do not recommend, trashy grounds and poor maintenance. Office changes staff every few months and don't return missed calls. Everyone working there has an indifferent/apathetic attitude. Over time they started adding multiple extra things to charge people for and lied about using that money to fix the gate which hasn't worked in years. They charged multiple undisclosed fees and refused to fix after a move up; already reported to the better business bureau and multiple cases of this seem to have been going on, shady and dishonest office, you can do better at places right down the road.

After all the reviews about office staff, I can’t believe there aren’t more reviews about roaches. They are an absolute nightmare! As beautiful and clean as my apt might be, I find roaches in my kitchen. I have literally taken my fridge from the wall to spray between the baseboards and after raid, vacuumed 40+ roaches that have been hiding in shadows. I also signed a smoke free lease but the downstairs neighbors have lived here so long, it doesn’t apply to them soooo my home smells like cigarettes so much I’ve gotten used to it after living here a year. That’s gross. This place is disgusting! Please don’t let the private gate fool you, it’s trash just like the complex.

It is so gross the outside of the pool isn't clean the pool took forever to re-open the workers have bad costemer service and tow your cars for no reason at all

The place is nice, the neighborhood and also the tenets are nice and friendly unfortunately the apartment management is completely unprofessional they change people in the office all the time. Not only that my AC went out in the middle of June I did not get it fixed until just a couple days ago and today is July 29, Not only just that no one is ever in the office even when they are supposed to be you can’t go up there and ask questions or pay your rent because nine times out of 10 no one is in the office and sometimes that may be for the rest of the day even on a day that they are supposed to be open. You Are never able to talk with anyone in the corporate office when my AC was out I called for two weeks straight me and my spouse left voicemails each time we called and still to this day there is not been a return call to see if the problem has been fixed. Not only that They have a system online for residents to pay their rent that is never updated until maybe the first of the month and you never really know exactly how much you have to pay I would not suggest moving over here

Actually you 0 stars! My air conditioner went out on 8-10-2019 called office no answer, called emergency matenince got answering service, waited untill 3: 00 and bought window unit! It was 100 degree outside with heat index of 105! My dog was very hot, had to take her to another apt.to cool off. I am a senior citizen with asthma! DO NOT MOVE HERE MATENINCE AND OFFICE STAFF SUCK! Just signed new lease wish I hadn't.
