Bad place to get stuck. Management changes all the time. Trash is often not kept up with. We paid our balance upon moving out and they sent us a bill with late fees and a "misc income" charge that they can't explain. Been calling for weeks and Diana refuses to give me an answer and forgot what I even was calling about after two weeks. Even though the online portal shows a 0 balance she doesn't have the authority the explain it or fix it. Sorry to those that have to pay for parking and apparantly the washer dryer fees now. Those were free upon moving in and the working gate was too. Shouldn't take years to fix and clearly the parking money didn't go into fixing that.

The whole experience from signing the lease to present is breach of contract. Massey Pest Control has been out here twice in 13 days.bugs are still crawling all around. The community pool on Memorial Weekend is green blocked by concrete bags, sign saying its closed after management told me 2 weeks ago it would be open the next day. Hiring illegal aliens to do the carpet and painting and letting them dump the carpet and padding into the dumpster that we residents pay for. They put water pressure reducers on the faucets when it stated the kitchen only so its weak pressure and takes forever for hot water to heat up which is a bigger waste. Cars park out front and block driveway instead of paying to park when they were free. $24 fee for paying online. Moved in and 7 months later while dog sneezing find out there was never a filter for the HVAC Have never been given the code to the gym. Dirt instead of grass had caused serious mud issues which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Entry gate keypad has never worked. One exit gate out of 2 works. $500 non refundable high risk deposit $300 pet deposit is 1/2 refundable if no damage. Some people pay pet deposit. Letters stating they will work with residents on late payments but file eviction anyway. Tried to pay $600 out of $705 during slow month of self employment but they wouldn't take it and work with me on the balance. Exposed wires and boxes all over property. 2 units flooded with no compensation to the resident for 20+ year issue. Kids blocking driveway waiting for bus when cars can't see because of the parked ones butt up to the driveway is a funeral away. Maintenance men and I pick up trash in the morning to find it trashed by mid afternoon. Maintenance and office staff I make homemade meals for despite all these ongoing issues. 3 assistant managers and 1 manager 3 out of 4 maintenance men all have changed. All since August 18 2018.

Worst apartments stay clear, you call about an emergency and they never come they wait until days to weeks later to fix an issue. I have had multiple things not fixed on my inspection sheet nor have I had my immediate maintenance issues fixed they want the money ONLY but don’t want to put the work in to fix issues. STAY CLEAR AND BEWRE of being here the staff sucks and I see a new person in there every time I go in there. If I could give them ZERO starts I would but 1 star I will give due to the lack of management, time, maintenance, and so much more. I can’t wait for my lease to be up because it’s NOT WORTH living here.

I’ve been calling all weekend leaving messages for the maintenance crew to come out and fix my ac.it hasn’t cooled since Thursday night.now the unit is leaking in to my shower.and the ceiling in my restroom looks like it’s about to cave in.no response to the 5 messages I’ve left. I’m definitely not renewing

Methinks the apt complex is getting a kickback on towing.call Tarrant county apt association to complain.
