This store has a great selection with reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

Whatever. Horrible salesmanship. Third Total I’ve been to, and same each time: overzealous salesmen that won’t leave you alone if u say u r okay, twice they even physically set things into my basket when they were making a suggestion. They use bait and switch: great sale price on wines u r familiar with, but when u go by, they r out of those and offer some alternative you’ve never heard of. So far, these other wines they suggest as a replacement have all sucked. Good thing they were cheap. Can’t believe this company is as big as it is using these amateur tactics

I purchased a pickup order for my first time visiting. Signs were easy to see. I knew exactly where I was going when I walked in the door. The store looked awesome, will have to go back to walk around next time.

I love this store. It's well organized, clean, typically well-stocked and the staff is great. They're friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and have always been willing to do research with me on the rare occasions that I've stumped them with my questions.

I have practically stopped going to specs all together thanks to Total wine and more. It is head and shoulders above specs with the decor, tastings, selections, and their website, don't get me started on the website comparisons.

I went in looking for a seasonal beer and approached three employees looking for it. Not only were they rude and disrespectful they did not even acknowledge me while I was speaking to them. An employee who finally spoke with me was very condescending and not helpful. He not only corrected me rudely on what beer maker it was but proceeded to tell me that they don’t have it and then turned away from me. Very rude, I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Only ever had a couple (2) things that I was not able to find here. But I have always found many other new things that have caught my fancy. Love it great place for party prep.

Great store. They have all possible varities. Located at a prime location in Woodlands with ample parking. Prices are decent. They give classes in wine tasting and whiskey tasting. Good place to buy drinks here in Woodlands.

One of the most amazing liquor stores I've ever had the pleasure to visit. The selection is incredible, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I can't recommended highly enough.

Super friendly staff and great selection! Picked up this scotch for a family member who is a big fan. Thankful that Total Wine carries specialty items like this. Hoping to try out a wine and cheese class.have heard great things!

The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they specialize in wine. Is there variety and liqueurs is slightly lower than I'm used to.but their prices are awesome and their personnel are very friendly.

Great selection of craft beers to choose from. Also, and this is something I love personally, they have their isles very clearly mark which makes finding what you are looking for much easier.

The 1st total wine & more i ever visited was in grapevine, tx. & all I could do was wonder "why don't we have one of these in The Woodlands? " looks like someone answered my prayers, lol!

If you are looking for that perfect wine go here and ask for Stacy. She is amazing at getting you what you really want. From a $20 bottle to a few hundred, she is the person that can get it for you. Don't want to spend hundreds but want that same taste and quality, she has shown me many $40-$80 bottles that you would never know the difference.

Love this store, great selection, and prices, lots of things we don't have at home. Only problem is it's so far from home.

They have everything! It's such an awesome place with awesome, very great, happy and most of all knowledgeable customer service!

Great place, had an issue with a seal not completely new. They exchanged the bottle in no time and apologized.

Staff is extremely helpful when I needed a bottle that wasn't on the shelf. Tons of selections to choose from I could spend hours shopping there.
