Service representative David and manager just trying to make money by suggesting expensive service and parts. They don't honor the promotions and discount written on their Toyota website.in name of engine oil conditioner just for oil change billed $133 for RAV4, which may cost $40 in walmart service center. Recommended tyre change which are still like new and for tyre price quote $900.they are very rude and not customer friendly. I will not go to Toyota service center but go to other service providers like Just Tyre, walmart, goodyear tyre etc etc and avoid this expensive overpriced service.

We bought 2021 RAV4 from salesman khalid, he provided us with the best sales experience during the process from looking around to test driving of various vehicles new and used and provided us with best options to choose from and also help and provided us with all of available saving that are available, I recommend him for any one who visit Toyota of Grepvine

Our salesman Khalid did an Excellent job. He is so helpful, polite and he would answer all of our questions in details on RAV4.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARTS IF POSSIBLE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS DEALERSHIP.

I SPOKE TO GUY 2 TIMES CONFIRMING THE VEHICLE AS WELL AS FEATURE AVAILABILITY AND TIME FOR APPOINTMENT. I SHOWED UP ON TIME THE SAME DAY AND WAS TOLD THAT "THE VEHICLE ISN'T HERE. WE ARE SORRY". TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

We recently bought a vehicle from this dealer ship. We have been shopping a car in many other dealership, but this was the perfect place. Sean, the sales person was awesome! Nice man and assisted us very well. We are very satisfied and happy with our purchase thru sean as well as Toyota of Grapevine!

Service was great. HOWEVER, it gets super annoying being inundated with requests for filling out the damn survey even 2 months later! For that, I am taking off a star.

Went in for an oil change and while it took longer than I cared for, 2 hrs vs 1hr with an appointment, it did give me time to ask about an issue I was having with my rear door closing. I asked my Service Advisor and he said no my issue wasn’t covered. As I was leaving, a bit disappointed, he came out following me and said he thought there might be a Tech Bulletin and did I want to check it out. Heck yeah I did. He took the time to lookit up and even consulted a Service Manager to confirm. Long story short, I want to thank Robert Moran at your service facility for his time and effort to make me a very satisfied customer. He could just as easily let me walk off unhappy but I credit him for taking the time to check it out. It resulted in a very enthusiastic customer who will keep bringing his Toyota back. Well done Robert. And thank you very much.

Hector was our Salesman and Bruce helped work out some terms. Really enjoyed working with them and the overall car buying experience. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. Everyone had a smile on their faces and made you feel welcome. Very diverse place as well.

We found the car we wanted at a great price. However, we spent 7 hours at the dealership 3 hours looking at cars and 4 hours waiting for the fiance department to process the paperwork.

Would’ve gave 5 stars, but the customer service is HORRIBLE had an issue after we bought a car still haven’t heard anything, no phone calls back, just get the “we will have someone contact you. ” Go somewhere else someone who will actually listen to your concerns and come to a solution

I went for an appointment to check the problem of my car, they could not answer it and just make a run around story of why it is like this and that. I am really disappointed and planning to go somewhere else for 2nd opinion. Yes they did check my car but I dont like the reason behind the problem, its like WHAT? Service department should improve their service, waste of time! Dont call yourself a certified technician if you will give me a damn answer!

From the moment I walked-in to the time I drove off, it was amazing! My sales representative was very nice & helpful. My finance officer did an incredible job assuring my purchase was perfect. Thank you for an incredible experience.

Things have really changed at this location in last 3 years. They are pushy and rude. I wanted a Silver Camry. Only showed me 1 white Camry with 500 miles, said that was all they had for me to see! I asked 3 times to see another car. Then took 3 hours of back & forth because of high price.
So I Went to Hurst next day and got exactly what I was asking for, in 1 hour!

Great customer service. I appreciate that the service department does not try to sell you on something you don't need. They are quick on service appointments. Their lounge is great if you have to wait.

I never have issues when I have to go to TToG but most of the staff there are pretty lazy. I work in customer service and I never see it that bad at any of my stores. When I am waiting for my services to be completed I sit in the waiting area where I see dozens of employees just doing nothing but walking around munching on popcorn and soda.
With all of this said I enjoy my time when I show up. Service is fast and friendly and take care of my needs.

Super friendly and helpful staff. No pressure sales. Selena made the experience of getting routine service a breeze. I always wait in the lounge while my vehicle is being serviced. Toyota offers complimentary wi-fi, drinks, popcorn, and plenty of seeting. Not to mention a voucher for a car wash. Now try finding a deal like that elsewhere? Thanks Selena and the folks at Grapvine Toyota!
