Outstanding organization_great customer service. I had service done to my 2013 Highlander hybrid on Monday. Service advisor and I reviewed my requested service and he gave me an estimated time for completion and cost. All came in time and cost. No surprises. Great place to do business.
Everett Hoover is a great service manager. I recently had my vehicle serviced and he made sure that I was thoroughly taken care of. He was highly communicative during the process and made sure the work was done properly.
We purchased a used mini-van from Texas Toyota of Grapevine and worked with Dillon. The experience was smooth, fair, and efficient from start to finish. Dillon kept open and clear communication throughout without being pushy, answered all questions and never made us feel rushed. When we were ready to proceed he helped work through the process quickly. Was a positive experience
