I would not recommend anyone renting from Trails of DOminion. They stole 220.00 from my security refund without giving me any reason. They have control and don't let you post negatives views on their website. They did not allow me to post the pictures of repairs that was never made. I'm very disappointed after staying with them for three years. Please refund my money.

Management answer reviews but never call you back. To respond to your comment about you are continuing to work on my issues is a LIE. I moved out since October and the issues was not being worked on prior to me leaving. Please refund mY $220.00 that you took from my security deposit for no reasons. My ceiling has been leaking for 3 yrs.i left a msg for management Deborah to call me today and she has NEVER returned my calls.

We put in a application online for an apt here. Unfortunately we were denied. Application fee and admin were processed and the admin fee was supposed to be refunded. Two weeks later and many messages and calls I can not get a return phone call, email or anything regarding the refund for the denied application. I also didn’t have anything on my app worth denying for an apt. They just decided I wasn’t a good candidate. Really not worth wasting the money for unprofessional and non responsive property management. Kind of happy I dodged a bullet.

The customer service is very poor. I dislike calling the office when I have questions or concerns in fear that I may be treated unfairly. I am a fairly new resident and I've never been treated this way by a place that I pay a substantial amount of money to every month.

Rodolfo has responded to most of my maintenance requests recently. He is friendly and professional, and he gets the job done right even if it means making a few trips back and forth to the maintenance office get the right parts. He also always leaves the work area clean before leaving.

Been here almost a year and I have not had any issues with staff or apartment issues.nor my neighbors. I'm VERY satisfied with my choice and location. I would like better parking that I don't have to pay for (hint hint) maintanence repairs are FAST! I haven't had to use them a lot either.

Went with my sister to look for an apartment. I love the staff especially leasing. Beautiful community and well maintained.

Ask for Corrien she is very nice and very informative. She was able to explain everything i needed to know in detail. This location is awesome it's close to the freeway and is very close to my job.

Great Customer Service from a short colored eyed, light skin agent. She understood what my needs were and was courteous enough to take her time to break down everything about the lease. If you are planning to move to this area I definitely recommend you come to her she is Amazing!

Came in thinking about moving to this location. Had the opportunity to check out the property with a leasing consultant named Corrien P. Her thoughtfulness, knowledge and enthusiasm was very refreshing. I think think she’s the property manager. If she isn’t she probably should be. My visit touring the property went well and if my job brings me to this area, I would definitely stay here and recommend this property.

Stayed one night at a friends apartment in this complex and I’m completely covered in bed bug bites. I’ve even had to take off from work. I’m so disgusted I want to sue. This happened 3/1/2020.fix this issue ASAP before moving anyone else in here.

Horrible apartments. They are crime ridden. My mother lived there for years and I never liked to visit because of the sketchy people who live there.

My Apartment was robbed when I lived here! Maintenance has been an issue since 2010! No Parking, Car was towed while I lived here! Water Heater flooded my apartment while I lived here!

Very good environment, plenty of things to do pools very nice and clean gyms computer room. Staff is very friendly and show concern. Lived here for a yr now and i very much so plan on renewing ️

Someone died here on Christmas day a year or two ago. Literally, a blood-stain on the sidewalk where the victim was slain remained for months. Rain took care of it, but not until 6-8 months after. It's a bit jarring to say the least.

Besides that, local Pizza restaurants no longer deliver to this area as of 2018. I'm not sure what caused that to happen, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's crime-related.

Lots of roaches due to poor and sometimes non-existent pest control efforts, a negligent management team with extremely high staff turnover, and a barely functioning maintenance department are just some of the highlights of my time living at the Square from 2014 to 2017.

When I was here, it was dangerous and horrible. It was great when it was owned by Equity Residential, but after they sold it, it went downhill. And I had a credit once, but the management never applied it. It was a while back when I lived there, so I don't know what they're like now.

I have been living here for about a year now! Contrary to reviews that have been left I simply love it! The grounds are kept up maintenance is always cleaning up after the suppose to be grown people that live within the community, I have no issues with bugs they exterminate basically cleanliness comes with the tenants and the up keep of their units. It is basically quite at night, neighbors are friendly and courteous. I see the security patrol the grounds often and have not had any serious complaints. I will recommend anyone interested to come view the property. Word of mouth is not always the truth. Thumbs up!
