Stayed here for 2 years.first year everything was great. 2nd year is when the rats started to come.the complex did nothing but give us cheap rat traps that never worked.every night we would hear them in our pantry kitchen and even the bedoom.my 6 year old daughter and my fiance were terrified.this problem lasted for more than 3 months, up until my lease was up.fast forward to today.i got denied a new lease from another complex because Old Dominion is saying I owe them money.stand by for further edits.

Came in service was quick & fast! They had smiles on there faces & had wonderful customer service,

I have had to involve the media because Raccoons had manage to enter my apartment after pleading and going back and forth with management, I was moved to another unit that is now falling apart I have reported these issues with management as well as maintenance the lights kept going out because the breaker box was bad on call maintenance never return calls in emergency situation I have a huge hole in the Wall from Hurricane Harvey that still has yet to be fixed the paint in both bathtubes are chipping away after every bath I have contacted regional manager WHO never RESPOND back this is the worst place I have ever lived I payed rent and they still put a lock on my door! Knowing I am a single mother. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE WARNED ME!

Some bad built trick that work the phones sometimes is rude and nasty for no reason. I asked to speak to Sylvia who is one of the managers after my fiancé was put on hold for her and then he was hung up on. That is the third time that has happened to him. When I spoke to her she had the foulest tone and basically said I was lying about my fiancé being put on hold for Sylvia. She stated that he could not have been put on hold because Sylvia was not in the office. First, no one has to lie. Second, you are suppose to represent your company in a positive way. Third, someone put him on hold and hung up. These apartments have been hell since I moved in. They are part of the reason I was in the hospital for stress when I was about 8 months pregnant. They absolutely do not care about the concerns of the tenants or the well being of them. Your taking a risk if you sign a lease. The women are always talking about the tenants in a negative way out in the open and slouching all over the desks. They have terrible mannerism and lack the ability to be professional. Soooo glad my lease is up very soon. We are on to a complex that we have researched and they are decent, home trained, and kind people. Somewhere where the people are not ghetto and lazy.

BEWARE! DON'T MOVE HERE! Let this place be your absolute last resort. The show apartment is nice but that's not what your actual apartment will look like. Coming from someone that's been here for 3 yrs with many complaints from the office staff, maintenance staff, complex safety and so on. Moving out when lease is up.

This is a follow-up on my previous rating from last week. Our a/c went out again over the weekend and once maintenance came out out again on Tuesday we was notified the a/c had gone completely out. Let me tell you that was the worst night of the all without a/c because at this point it wasn't even blowing air. To our surprise we came home from work Wednesday to an cool apartment and a brand new a/c unit outside. I just wish we was offered complimentary fans for the night knowing that we had no a/c during the hottest month of the year. At this piont we are just happy to be able to come home and be comfortable. I'm changing my stars from 1 to 3. Reason for not more stars because complimentary fans should have been offered until a/c was replaced.

My first year here was fine, now 2 months into my second year I've put in more service request than I can count. Mainly for my A/C, this summer has been miserable. We've had a few very hot nights due to the a/c issue. The a/c is constantly freezing, then the a/c coils needed to be cleaned to it needs freon to the freon has a leak. No one is making this an priority because they are going home to a cool home and sleeping peacefully while we're up all night because of the heat, try doing this then having to go to work the mornings after and work a full day knowing you have to go back to a hot apartment. This will be our last year here, unfortunately for us our lease doesn't expire until next summer. Hopefully our winter isn't nothing like our summer here this year. This complex only gets one star from because a/c is very important in South Texas and to have so many issues with it is not acceptable. Thankfully we don't have a small baby or health issues.

Very serious roach problem. If your kids are crawling stages and putting everything in there mouth stay away. Don’t let the pretty trees fool you. This place is infested with roaches.in the bedrooms and ON the beds, in the tubs, behind the couch, in the bathrooms, and the kitchen is tragic. Put it like this, I wear shoes just to go into the kitchen at night. I hired an outside company to do the extermination ($250) and it worked.but now I’ve got hundreds and I mean hundreds of dead roaches in every corner of my “home”. Unresponsive, excuse making, hiding management team.zero accountability or organization. Only the ASM and above can make the smallest business decisions and they are never available. So you just end up calling back everyday hoping that they care that you pay your $1,000 bucks a month on time and without fail. For those who care, this place will not boost the value of your lifestyle, you’ll want to get out fast. Just a heads up.

Horrible place. Staff is constantly changing. Poor communication. Staff attempted to make me pay late fees because they lost one of rent money orders which were attached together when they received it. Staff is lazy ghetto and rude. The tenants they are allowing to move in are getting worse with noise. All day and night people are doing drugs and drinking in the parking lot. The cops are always here due to complaints on tenants physically fighting. It Takes them months to fix things. I had to wait 3 weeks for a kitchen light to be replaced. The roofs leak and create mold. The tub is poorly did. It leaks and creates mold with a horrible smell. My husband's truck was broken into twice. Parking is horrible. Parking tags mean nothing. The gates are always broken. In one year two people were murdered during the holidays. This place des not need any over exaggeration. It truly is just that bad. All of the decent tenants are moving out. It is not worth the money to live with the type of people that they are allowing to move in. In a year there were 3 property managers. Countless office staff. STAY AWAY

I would never stay at these apartments again! I was carjacked on 2/7/2018 around 5: 30 pm.still DAYLIGHT in front of my apartment! I was with my four kids 6,5,2, and 2 month old.sercuity guard was no where to be seen, and how would they if there is only one guard for this huge complex. My question is why do they have 3 guard post but, with no one inside them.this would have never happen to me if a guard was inside his gurad post. My chidren could have died i could have died.being held at gun point by two men in a place where i am supposed to feel safe is crazy to me. This place does not care because when i went into office next day and asked if i was to end my lease early what would happen they told me i would need to pay two months wroth of rent just to get out!

OK. THIS PLACE NEEDS BE CALLED GETTO LIVING NOT LUXURY LIVING! For those people saying do not believe the reviews, just look at all the 86 reviews and it's down to an overall 2.2 stars rating come on! Those people living 3 to 4 stars are either employees or paid tenants! If I could give this place a 0 star I would! Staff are very unprofessional and getto they never return calls. I had to constantly be checking on the status of the application and living messages.
The staff makes racist comments and I have asked to talk to someone in corporate but were told they were in a meeting and they would return my phone call but till this day I have not received any! I actually think they need to re-run a proper background check on most of there residents because the whole place smells like weed when you walk the grounds! VERY GETTO, RATCHET PLACE TO LIVE IN! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! PLEASE, READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A DECISION THEY ARE VERY REAL!

I’m So Shocked At All The Bad ReviewsMaybe It Depends On What Section Of The Apartments You Live In. They Have MANY Units. I Live In The Grove In A 1bd1bth. I Have Been Living Here Since The Beginning Of January. When I First Applied For The Apartment I Got Approved Within Like 3 DAYS. Moved Right In! My Lease Is Almost Up So I Did Put The 60 Day Notice In Only Because Of Rent Increase And My 1bedroom Is SO Small. Doesn’t Come With Washer And Dryer. And The Laundry Facility Over Here Doesn’t Work. I Can Honestly Say I Haven't Had ANY MAJOR Problems Living Here. I May Have Spotted 10 Ants Somewhere Often But No INFESTATION. My AC & HEAT Works Perfectly FINE. Never Had A Problem With It. Never Had My Apartment Broken Into, Nor My Car. PARKING WAS A HUGE ISSUE FOR ME. It’s HARD To Find A Parking Spot. Getting Off Work At NIGHT And Having To Park Far From My Apartment Was NOT COOL AND SCARY. So Many Units But Not Enough Parking To MATCH. When My Car Got RAIDED BY SUGAR ANTS (I was so pissed) That Put The Icing On The Cake And Made Me Pay For My Own CarPort Spot, Which Is $25. They Have A 24 Hour Courtesy Security Or Whatever. The Gate Is Always Closed Over Here. My Water/Sewer/Trash/Pest Fee Is Always About $60. I Notice They Have Someone To Walk Around In The Morning And Pick Up Trash Lying Around. Never Had A Problem With Any Of My Neighbors. I Live On The Third Floor Btw. The THING I HATE The Most IS When You Are Late On Rent. 1 DAY LATE YOU AUTOMATICALLY HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA $100. I WAS ALWAYS PAYING MY RENT ON TIME UNTIL HURRICANE HARVEY HAPPENED. I Wasn’t Able To Go To Work For About 2WEEKS. And Everything Been DOWNHILL Since. I Thought They Would Have At Least GAVE Us EXTRA TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK or SOMTHINGGG. NOPE. I Had To Make A Way To Pay RENT Plus That Extra $100. And I’m Not From Houston So I Have No Family Here If Something Was To Go Wrong. But Overall I Actually LOVE MY Apartment. Don’t Like The Size But I Make It’s Work Because I Really Don’t Have Company. I Know I Put My Notice In Already But I’m Reconsidering About Renewing. It’s Just Pricey For The Space. And The Fact My Rent Is Going To INCREASE For This TINY Apartment

RUN! RUN AWAY! ROACHES INFESTATION! WORST STAFF! NOT BABY PROFF, NEVER PARKING! TRASH EVERYWHERE! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. WHO EVER GAVE THIS PLACE NICE RATINGS? B WARE! V VERY AWARE! EITHER THOSE PEOPLE GOT PAYED TO LIE, OR ITS, ITS OWN STAFF. THE STAFF ARE SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY WONT FIX ANY! ISSUE. WE BARELY WAS MOVING IN TILL I SAW LIKE 100S OF ROACHES! THEY SAY THEY SPARY THE UNITS BEFORE ANYONE MOVES IN. WRONG! CAUSE THEY NEVER DID! MY APARTMENT WAS HORRIBLE IT WASN'T THE SAME ONE THEY SHOWED US. SECOND THERES LOTS I MEAN LOTS OF MOLD! EVER SINCE MY ONE YEAR OLD BEEN HAVING ALLERGIES N GETTING SICK ALL THE TIMES. MY DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBOR TERRORIZED MY CHILD MY ONE YEAR OLD! HE MADE HOLES ON OUR FLOOR FOR BANGING. WE CALLED THE COPS LOTS! OF TIMES AND ALL THEY SAID WAS THAT, THE OFFICE NEEDS TO EVICT HIM. CAUSE, HE MADE HOLES ON HES APPARTMENT, HE THREAT MY BABY AND US, AND HE NEEDS TO B MOVED. CAUSE HE HAS ISSUES WITH MY BABY BEING A BABY. OK WE TOLD THE OFFICE, SO DID THE COP. AND THEY WHERE SOOOOOOO RUDE! THEY DID NOTHING! THEY TOLD US THAT WE CANNOT STAY ANOTHER YEAR, NOR THE GUY DOWNSTAIRS. HOW IS IT OUR FAULT? WE DID NOT! MADE THEM HOLES. AND WAS THEY EVER FIXED? OR THE MOLD ISSUE? OR THE COCKROACHES? HELL TO NOOOO! NONE WAS FIXED. SO NOW MY CHILD NEEDS THERAPY, SHE REFUSES TO STAY WITH US. SHE STAYS NOW WITH MY MOM. WE CANT BREAK THE LEASE, THAT GUY STILL! MAKING THREATS DESPITE THE WHOLE BUILDING CALLED THE COPS ON EM ALREADY. AND NOTHING WAS DONE! SO NOW WE THINKING OF BREAKING THIS LEASE. OH YEAH THESE APARTMENTS AREN'T LUXURIOUS FALSE, FALSE ADVERTISING! GETTO JUST LIKE THE STAFF! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT! DONT BE FULLED, LIKE WE DID!

UPDATE. Please be advised that this company charges illegal fees to residents and retaliate against residents for speaking up. If they are also doing this to you please seek legal help. The managers here are very unprofessional they have the worst attitudes! They charge 100 dollars the first day the rent is late and that is they same day management comes and bangs on your door at 9 oclock in the morning. They will then take the late fee out of your rent first in order to make your rent late again and charge you a second 100 dollar late fee. There isnt enough parking, my ac has been "fixed" 10+ times in 9 months and is still broke. On top of that paying over$100 for water and sewere on a one bedroom is ridiculous.

These apartments suck. The office people are no help with their GHETTO asses & they do half ass jobs on maintenance work. My first year was cool with no problems but I REGRET renewing my lease! Please don't be blinded by the cheap prices and spacious floor plans, THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS and you too will regret moving in.
