OWNER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Requested to send money cash app before services. Tammy didn’t even remember my mom had an appointment. Did not receive services and refused to send funds back.

Please do not go here, the owner Miss Tammy is very rude. Got aggravated for asking about prices. Then refuse to do hair. Edit: The owner keep saying she’s out of town but mind you this happened weeks ago. Y on earth would I lie about someone attitude? Guys look at the reviews, you will see she has a huge attitude problem about giving information that new clients ask for.

I was told to walk in at anytime and I asked specifically could I come within 30 minutes because I live 30 minutes away and I had my 4 month old with me and I was told to go ahead because there was no wait but I get there and there’s about 10-15 people ahead of me. Tammy the owner is unprofessional she picks and choose who she will be professional with. She has an attitude and makes you feel very uncomfortable when you walk in. Very awkward silence like she doesn’t want to answer your questions. She also tried to do my boyfriend hair before as well 2 small braids but completely didn’t do a good job he hated it and took them out the same day and she also took hours to do that. Would not recommend or go back.

Very professional! Great Service. Went in for a silk press and walked out with a head full of healthy silky hair. Loved every minute of Trendz by Tammy! You have to visit.

I had not had my done in a salon in a minute and i was tired of paying 70 and 80 dollars to have lace fronts done and quick weaves and etc.but i was googlingand found ms tammy and i called her and asked her how much she charged for all that i wanted and she told.so i went and let her see my hair and let me tell you my hair was full of grey and ms Tammy helped me out alot.my hair was beautiful and my husband and myself loved.so thank ms tammi i will see you soon.

I am extremely grateful for the help that these young lady provided to me in getting my girls hair done. The owner was patient on the phone with me in answering all my questions and everyone did a fantastic job. I had no idea what to get for my girls, but the owner and the staff went out of their way to help with a smile. My daughter's hair look amazing. Thank you for everything.

I've been here 3 times and every time I came I left very happy with my silk press. Specifically 2 weeks ago when secret did my hair it was beautiful! I will be going back tomorrow morning for another silk press can't speak for everyone but my experience every time has been great! And I'm all for supporting black owned businesses!

I knew this was the right place as soon as we walked in the salon everyone was friendly and welcoming. I received a virgin relaxer done by Ms. Tammy and my daughters had braids done by 2 of her stylist. They all did an amazing job! We will definitely be coming back here. Thank you ladies.

I went into this salon a hot mess and walked out looking like a million dollars. I've recently relocated to Houston and had been searching for a hairstylist. I came across Tammy's info and decided to try her out. I drove 40 minutes because of the excellent reviews I've seen and heard. Got there without knowing what I wanted done and the only thing I told her was that I needed it real short. I was 100% pleased with the outcome. I will be going back to see her.

I got my dreadlocks retwist here today by one of the Locticians I think her name was Ty. She was very friendly and did a wonderful job. The salon was neat and best of all open on a Monday! I will be back.

I set an appointment for a virgin hair relaxer and it turned out great! If you’re thinking about getting a relaxer or returning to relaxed hair, you can definitely trust Miss Tammy.

This place is unprofessional and not friendly. The management needs to clean up the appearance and revamp how new and potential clients are handled. Most beauty treatments don't require payments before hand unless they have issues with payment or services rendered. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at Trendz was amazing! I went in to get a fingerwave and Ms. Tammy was awesome! My hair turned out perfect, and I'm loving it! I was a new client and from now on, I will be a regular. Everyone was nice and professional.

I had an awesome experience here. First, I walked in devastated ready to chop it all off, but after talking to Ms. Tammy she gave me hope to hold on. She is very knowledgeable and gave me some pointers on how to maintain my hair and make it healthier. It’s kind of rare these days to find someone that knows how to take care of your hair while also being trendy. The key thing that locked me in is that I never felt uncomfortable.

All this idiot had to do was unsubscribe. That's how you know she slow and educated. Attitude is trash, she even started harassing me leaving nasty comments on my videos on YouTube. She has not idea what is it or takes to be a professional. She will only be able to cater to the same old clients who are use to the unprofessional practices and stay in the hood because that's all she can relate too. Instead of taking the feedback and doing better, she gets worse. Says everything about her character. Sad I heard she had talent but only Cullen Blvd will know because her attitude has her stuck.

About two weeks ago I went in to get my children hair braided. We did a consultation the day before and was told yes after showing a picture they were able to do the style I wanted a simple (mohawk). Ms. Tammy told me it would start at 55 a piece which was fine. So the next day we came before opening I showed the picture again to both stylists they said yes we can do it one said oh yes I do this style on my daughter all the time.the price went up a bit but that was fine also long as I got the style I wanted. They got started and I was happy it appeared as though the style was looking like the picture I showed them. Until it was finished I was so upset and disappointed in the way my kids hair came out to be it looked nothing like the picture I showed the braids were so big and spaced out I knew they wouldn't last my youngest has a head full of thick hair and had a total of 12 braids in her mohawk, honestly I don't know if they didn't want to do it or what, my child had never cried in so much pain from getting her hair combed EVER! For the lady to say she does that style all the time on her daughter's hair she started at 930 and didn't finish til 4 and it looked as if an amateur did it for all their heads. I was so sad and frustrated, I am still so disappointed it truly was a waste of money but the shop itself was very nice and well kept but I will NEVER go there again.

I had Tammy do my hair. She was really nice, and did an excellent job on my short pixie haircut and style. She took her time and treated my hair with care. I definitely will be back!
