Tammy and her team are the only stylists I let do my hair. I’ve been going to her salon for 2 years and every time I go the service is amazing.

I’ve been Tammified! This was my first time here and the service was excellent, and everyone was professional and friendly. Tammy is an artist when it comes to hair! My family can’t believe my new cut and style and think that I look like a totally different person. I love it and hope she’ll have me as a regular. Thanks Ms. Tammy.

I giving this salon 5 stars based on the reviews I'm skeptical but excited about getting my hair here. I have my own personal beautician but she loves in Louisiana and she's bout to get ready to have a baby she is unavailable right now and my hair need to be trim and cut. A porta people have told me about this place but I'm kinda nervous that my cut might not come out right or sumn can go wrong. I really would like to experience the owner to do my cut I have a unique look I'm going for and I dont wanna. Seen to picky but ima make a appointment to go visit with them I'll posted pics and comments after my visit

Tyrena is fabulous! She was quick and efficient with my loc maintenance (retwist) and very pleasant to work with!

My experience was devastating. I went in with hair a quarter ways down my back.

I asked for a kiddie perm around my edges because I was natural, but got a Keratin treatment every three months, which I explained to Tammy. I informed her I wanted straight smooth edges and a flat iron.

Again, I revealed to Tammy I had just gotten a Keratin treatment. And explained my objectives her. She insisted that I needed a perm all over and a Demi for color.

I took her advice as a professional. She put my perm on, but handed me off to trainee to do the Demi. My hair broke in 1/16 pieces all over. Then it began to come out by the handfuls. I knew better. But did not go with my gut. So, I don’t blame her.

It pains me to write this review as a Black female business person. We have it tough enough. So to write this review was not taken lightly. She is a firm, but affable person. With that said, she knew better too.

It took me three years to grow my hair. In one sitting on one day it was all for naught. Ladies do your research, use your wisdom and knowledge, most of all listen to that inner Spirit. My bad.

The owner made the lady stop washing my daughters hair left soap in and told us to leave never will we go back hope they go out of business

I came in for a silk press and I love my hair! My stylist gave me her professional knowledge and advise on how to keep my natural hair healthy. The shop was clean with great music.

When I first walked in I was already skeptical from all of the negative reviews but I told myself to take the risk. I wanted a sew-in and to have my edges relaxed. I have a stylist who does my hair and he left glue in it. The total would have come out to be 200. The total included taking braids down that I was already taking down during my wait but the owner said I couldn't take my hair down in the waiting area.
The hairstylist (Secret) told me I had to pay upfront since I was a first timer. I'm never paying up-front for a service that I can't be sure I'll be satisfied with, especially with all of these bad reviews hunny.

I love my hair! I went on the website to find a salon close by my home and found this hidden jewel! I walked in and Ty was very professional and greeted me right away. Before then I called and received a call back after calling with no answer. I was much surprised and that made me feel very important and that my patronage matters. Ty, you rocked it out girl! Thanks a million times over. I will be back!

When it comes to my hair she and I are very well connected (yes my hair has a soul) lol. I’ve been going to my hairstylist back home for three consecutive years, no cheating! But, then I moved to Texas. Between the humidity in the summer and the confusing winter, my hair was in dire need of some TLC! As was my boyfriend’s hair who has dread locks.

My hair was choppy with split ends galore, dry and very lifeless. For the new year I wanted something new. Tammy gave me her straight up expertise for my hair, and I also picked up some jewels to use in life too. And that’s my kind of experience! A place where food for the soul thrives and a woman in charge is the thing to be!

I've been to this salon about three times and the first two times weren't bad, but this last time wasn't a good experience. The owner did not do my hair but the staff member that was retiwisting my hair thought it was okay to talk to another staff member about my hair. Whispering that "She said you starter them for her" she proceeded to let out a few chuckles. I guess she thought she was being quite but I heard her and it made me feel very uncomfortable. My locs were over grown and wild and hadn't been retwisted in months but that's no excuse.

Tammy is a master in hair business. Her circa 20 years experience shows in the way she manages your hair. She is also warm and personable. It was my first time and I left feeling beautiful. You should try her.

Tammy and her assistant Tyrinna we're so professional and attentive. My silk press came out amazing and far exceeded my expectations! Thank you ladies for such an amazing experience and I will be back again!

This best place hands down to get your hair done. Guys and girls, I've been here multiple times with something different every time and they get the job done right. I will always be a customer and they like challenges no matter how crazy.

Worst exerperience ever. Tammy is rude, arrogant, and lacks customer service skills. Not only that she is disrecptful to employees in front of customers. Don't go to this salon. I'll give Trendz by Tammy and the salon owner 0 stars.

The owner and staff provide professional and courteous service. All the hairdressers are multitalented and capable of styling all types of hair: natural, dreadlocks, processed and all ethnicities.
