25They have 30.06 and 30.07 signs posted, at a gun range. The owner has falsely claimed it is due to insurance, when called out for that lie he admitted it is because he does not trust licensed carriers to carry on his property. There are many other local gun ranges around that respect gun rights and do not post anti gun signs, so I will be taking my business to those.
Very good, clean and efficient gun range with ample room to shoot and transition between lanes. The range officers have always been courteous with safety first which is the way it should be. I have witnessed several times the range officers helping newer shooters who are not very familiar yet. I had a chance to visit with the owner this past Sunday at the pistol lanes, she is a really nice lady and funny too.
This is the best place to go for safety. They have a Range Officer on each range. All ranges go hot and cold at the same time so there is no chance of getting injured. All of the staff is friendly and available to answer questions or to show you how to shoot if you've never shot a gun before. They are family and female friendly. You can shoot hand guns, shotguns or AR's and you can shoot FMJ.
Pros
Friendly staff
All ranges go cold at the same time
(15 minutes hot, 5 minutes cold)
Range Officers repeated rules at the beginning and end of every "cold/hot" time.
Easy to move from pistol to rifle range and back.
You get a wrist band so you can come and go all day if you need to.
FMJ rifle ammo allowed
The electric fans were nice with as hot as it is in July.
Cons
Many of the target stands lean and look poorly designed.
"Membership" fee
"No rapid fire" however a guy down the lane did several times in front of the RO and nothing was ever said. If you're going to tell people they will be kicked out and they're membership will be revoked for rapid firing, it needs to be for everyone.
Same RO reeked of patchouli.
Cons are all easily rectified. Overall I was very happy with my visit and will go again.
